Value for money?Posted Nov 11, 2014
Fabulous location. Great character features that are well maintained. Bar and breakfast staff were fantastic. Reception staff were mixed but check out was unhelpful, unfriendly and quite rude. Biggest frustration was lack of wifi anywhere but public areas. Very good stay but if I hadn't got a great deal through Expedia, it wouldn't have been value for money.

Superlative in every respectPosted Jun 16, 2007
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was definitely a case of 'small is beautiful' and great attention was paid to detail. The building may be old and quaint but facilities and service are bang up to date. What shone through most, however, was the commitment of staff who without exception showed profesionalism and did everything with a smile. Top marks to The Feathers - a real little gem of a place!
