You can do better for your moneyPosted Oct 24, 2013
Cons: Showers and heater/AC
Location: Nothing near by. It is out of nowhere.
Slow shower -- takes 20+ minutes to take a shower. Heater not working. No controls in the room.

Very lovely boutique style hotelPosted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: I was pleased with every aspect of this hotel. I would definitely return, and stay here again.
Cons: Not sure I could recall anything to improve. The only thing I would warn any visitor, is there really is virtually no reception for mobile phones.
Location: I found it quite easily, travelling from London. I only stayed the night to attend a wedding near by. It was very near Henley on Thames High Street.
I found the hotel pleasant in every way. My room, which was described as a basic double, was beautiful. The room was very nicely decorated to a high standard, and supplied with everything you could need, including an iron and ironing board. It totally surpassed all my expectations! There was also plenty of parking in a huge off street car park to the side of the hotel.

Next to busy road but clean rooms & good locationPosted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: Location, parking, away from crowded towns, close to Airport and Henley.
Cons: Road noise is the only real issue but traffic was not too busy from midnight to 6 am.
Location: Short drive to Oxford, Wallingford, Henley-on-Thames and even Heathrow. Pretty Oxford Chiltern Hills countryside.
I made a mistake and booked for the wrong day (one day too soon). The reception staff and manager were very accommodating in allowing me to change a prepaid Expedia booking to the following day with no penalties. We stayed here on our last evening before flying from Heathrow. We had a hire car to return by 12 noon and it was an easy drive into Heathrow to drop off the car and go to the airport. I enjoyed staying in a smaller and quieter country Inn rather than in a large urban hotel in Slough before flying. Pub food looked quite good but we ate too much at mid-day in Henley to have room to sample the evening meals here.

2 weddingsPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff were friendly, decor clean and trendy.Bar food was good but breakfast was slipshod, not much choice and coffee ran out.2 weddings in the hotel the night we stayed,no problem until a loud drunken arguement at 3am for over an hour!

Great place for a quiet weekendPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: You get a lot for your money
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
Location: We were there for the Wallingford Bunkfest music festival, based around the local train preservation society. There is the Thames.
Small village not far from the motorway the basic pub is very old with original features. The new rooms to the back we stayed in were very comfortable with one of the best beds we have slept in rivalling the Peabody Hotel in Orlando! We did not eat in he evening but the breakfast was good of its type (buffet). All the staff were very friendly. For the price this would be hard to beat in the area.

Lovely HotelPosted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: Decor, food, atmosphere.
The Hotel was lovely it is in a good location which was easy to get to from Bristol. It is however right on the main road through the village. The decor was lovely, it was very stylish and very clean with a great bathroom. It had a homely feel and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant food was amazing, we would definitely recommend the steaks. There was a lot of choice for breakfast including fruit, cereal and cooked breakfast which was very nice. We would recommend this Hotel and would love to go back.

Great stop over.Posted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
My husband and i booked this Hotel for 1 night as we had to pick our son up from the Reading festival. The hotel was only 10 mins away from site so it was perfect. We were given an up grade when we arrived which meant we had a lovely big room with a very big comfy bed and roll top bath in which was great. The only down side was that we were on the main road and it was slightly noisy with the windows open. The room was big and airy and had character. The only thing i thought should have been there was a bin in the bathroom especially for women's toiletries, The breakfast was average as the choice was very limited but the staff were friendly enough. Would have no problem staying here again

Very nice place to stayPosted Aug 19, 2013
Lovely room, very spacious. Dinner was delicious. As other reviewers have noted, breakfast could have been a warmer but very tasty and staff were helpful and attentive.
