"The lady at the reception was very nice and hospitable. We didn’t receive a VIP Access benefit, at least not what we thought we would have received from our experience at other resorts and hotels. We did receive a bottle of wine, wasn’t sure if that came standard with every room, but when I asked about room upgrade, pretty much every room was standard, and the same as the others. The food was really good at the restaurant."

"The room was basic and clean. The service staff was great - very friendly and accommodating. I understand the local water shortage and therefore no bathtub plug. It would have been nice to know ahead of time as we weren’t aware before arrival and our children wanted to bathe. Additionally, the shower leaked all over the bathroom each time it was used. Finally, the security spotlight shines directly into the room through the frosted glass in the front door. Please install a window shade for the door glass. Overall we enjoyed the stay and hope our honest feedback will be acted on accordingly. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks! "
