A cruise ship that never leaves the shore!
Posted Jan 11, 2012
Pros: Loved the crystal clear beach and water slides.
Cons: The room was very disappointing, although it had a lovely sea view it was uncomfortable and not clean.
Location: Beautiful location with amazing sunsets, very secluded.
The Hotel is nicely planned out, the grounds are lovely and the beach and pool areas are fantastic for long lazy days to relax. We stayed in a sea view villa and it was awful. The beds are very uncomfortable, the linen is ripped and stained, the walls of are marked and the general cleanliness of the room was below average. Our room had issues with the air conditioner and despite maintenance coming to fix it three times during our three night stay our room was either freezing cold or stiflingly hot. There is a big selection of food and the main dining hall runs smoothly for so many people, you do have to line up for most meat dishes as the staff seem to produce them on the go slow, all salads bread and fruit are out in abundance and very tasty. The water slides are a lot of fun and snorkelling is great. The beach area is crammed with sun loungers, the water is crystal clear with a beautiful view out to neighbouring islands. Had an Ok time here but would not return as there are many other beautiful places all along the coast that offer something different. If you like large crowds then this place is for you.

Good hotel but all-inclusive is a let-down
Posted Jan 8, 2012
Pros: Nice room, good facilites for children.
Cons: All inclusive buffet was very stressful for meal times. We ended up ordering room service.
Location: Little remote but not a problem if you have a car, short drive to Ephesus and Kusadasi.
Good selection of pools, some just for kids and others just for adults: keeps everyone happy. The kids pools had enough in them to keep our 3 year old busy and being able to move between them kept him from getting bored. Beach could do with being cleaned every day but it was clean and the water was clear. There were more than enough sunbeds and the water is shallow a long way out which is ideal for the young ones. The room we were first shown to was lovely but no seaview. This wasn't the fault of the hotel, it looked like expedia's description on the website was different to the actual confirmation they sent. Luckily the hotel were very good and moved us to a different room, which was lovely and completely met our needs. When we needed to move our son's bed, the staff helped immediately and were very pleasant. Couple of things that are annoying: - we had to wait more than an hour for beach towels, which with a 3 year old itching to get in the water is not ideal. - being all inclusive means that meal times are crazy, people pushing and shoving and dirty tables with half eaten food. The queue for drinks, even water is very slow. They need more staff clearing and tidying. The food choice is not great with a picky eater. To book a table at one of the non-buffet restaurants you have to queue up for an hour in the morning which wastes your time. Again, needs more staff allocated. The location is a bit remote so hire a car to get around.

Pros: The Spa is nice.
Cons: the food, libations, cleanliness of the property.
Location: very remote. If you like shopping for instance - go elsewhere.
This is advertised as a five star all inclusive hotel. The food was simply dreadful at the main restaurant and all but one of the specialty restaurants. Any drink we asked for, including tomato juice, was "extra". The pools and beach were not attended or picked up and litter was everywhere. The advertised transportation package is a come on. We were charged an extra 100 Euros to take us to the hotel. Take a taxi if you are foolish enough to spend time at this place. It is far cheaper.

5 Star dissappointment

The hotel delivers on location and setting but everything else is like a cheap cruise ship. Cheap liquor. Food was ok but not available at certain hours. The hotel was not there to serve the customer.

Nice hotel but staff unfriendly
Posted Jan 15, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very nice but felt empty, very difficult to describe. The pool and beach areas were great especially for children, for this reason alone I would go back. The bad side of this hotel was the staff, they were so unfriendly in the bars, restaurants trying to get a drink was a challenge in itself which was a shame. They need to do something for staff moral!!
