“Close convenient stay to Six Flags”

Hotel was clean, quiet and 5 minutes from Six Flags Mid America. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful even when we didn't see the breakfast hours and showed up a little late.

“Good Place to stay!”

We went to St. Louis expressly to go to Six Flags; this was an excelent choice! It's a small hotel, tucked away with a hidden rear entrance. Nice little inside pool, clean landscaping, good parking lot. Rooms are nice, roomy, and have the hair dryer and coffee maker in the rooms. Some, like mine, have a microwave and refrigerator-- but you have to ask for one or you won't get one automatically. The breakfast they provide is excellent!! Make your own hot belgian waffle, a choice of many cereals, milk, OJ, hot biscuits and gravy, bagels of several types with cream cheese, toast-- Pretty good, filling breakfast! And free! We had a problem with our TV, and they had it replaced within minutes. Good service! It's 4 miles from Six Flags, which makes it very convenient. There's Taco Bell and McDonald's right nect door, which is also handy. We'll be back later this summer.

“Fine if just passing through”

The person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, which overcame the initial disappointment of walking into the lobby. It's not a good first impression when the carpet is stained and in need of vacuuming. The decor of the hotel is generally not very up to date. It looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. That doesn't keep me from recommending the hotel as a place to stay while passing through the area. It's convenient to I44 and the area of Six Flags. The room was clean enough and everything worked as expected for the price paid. I might stay there again, but I would probably look for something a bit newer in the same area.
