Wonderful stay. Perfect for value. We stayed a family of 4. The room was HUGE. Breakfast for 10 euros each was excellent value as well. Excellent overall stay.

The house keeping always keeps the windows open and all night i fought with mosquitoes!!! I changed my room at night and the room’s the AC wasn’t work. I had this bad experience

I've seen this hotel from the outside for years, a unique architecture. Inside parking was a plus, a bit frustrating elevator process to get to the garage. The room was spacious, quiet, with a large bath w/shower.

Our stay could not have been better. We stopped on our way to Venice with 2 kids. We had booked a family room and got a suite at checkin, the room is huuuge, beautiful, so comfortable and luxurious. Restaurant downstairs is also great, as well as breakfast. Absolutely nothing I would change!

Nice hotel and great service
Fitted my purpose. The hotel was clean and the service was good. The location was in business area and not much to do after business hours. Wifi was disconnecting sometimes, but all in all good.

staff at reception and dining area were courteous and very helpful with questions we asked. Their english was also very good. Regarding the property, it was a bit difficult in getting into the facility, as the entrance was not on the main street, but rather in the back, which was a bit of a problem going in unmarked streets.

The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom includes a rain shower. The service is very kind - because I wanted to order a soup for my lyoung child, and there was none on the menu, they prepared one on the spot for her. I see space for improvement only with supplying to the booked guests directions before arrival - but perhaps the difficulty in accessing the hotel by car is merely a temporary siruation. The breakfast was truly excellent value for money. Cappuccinos could be ordered at no extra cost.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel, staff were very pleasant and very helpful at ordering taxis and explaining things. We were very pleased with our choice. The free parking was also welcome.

Air-con is not efficiency. Very good breakfast.
The location is hard to find. To reach the hotel front door, you have to drive through a gate. That gate looks for other business building or company. And no sign telling you this way going to the hotel. I keep driving around 3 times and finally ring the gate bell and go in. When I get the room, I was feeling no fan no air-con. Keep changing the setting, tuning the temperature. Nothing change at all. Finally, I asked reception and they told me they forgot to turn on the air-con for my room. No apologize. Breakfast is very good. The staff pro-actively offer to make a coffee for me instead of using the all-in-one machine. Very appreciate. Many choice and not limited to toast, cake, juice, fruits, etc.

great modern hotel. Air condition didn't cool enough but overall great modern room. Only bad is the area as is in the middle of no where but has a bus stop near.

The hotel is not well maintained. There are signs of needed repairs everywhere. Breakfast bar and tables were not kept clean. Staff are young and not customer focused. For such a modern design the place is a dump!

So far from city center
Generally, this hotel is OK as motel. If you want to see the historical attractions, you can order the taxi to the city center (eur 15~17). Giant underground parking on site, small rooms, shower mechanism have an instruction how it works. But my key claim is for pillow. Actually, it is not a pillow. It is hard rectangular thing which unknown to me designer decided to use as pillow. Impossible to sleep. Breakfast is middle.
