The clerk that check us in was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The property needs some deep cleaning. I can usually take a bath in a tub, this one I could not. There where marks in the carpet in the hall where the cleaning staff had drug trash bags that where leaking.

Our room was noisy with very thin walls and floors. The room above us became occupied after midnight, and their walking around and getting unpacked was terribly loud, waking us up for nearly an hour. We had an early morning and were hoping for restful sleep.

The employees were great . I still haven’t got my deposit back . But for the price with no breakfast and pool or anything I was shocked bc what I paid ,

We never advertise a pool or breakfast so I apologize that you expected that. However, regarding the deposit, we release it when you check out. After check out, the only course of action is for you to contact your bank. It usually takes up to 10 business days.

I ordered a disabled room for aging parents to have a roll in shower (paid extra for the room) and it was NOT available even though the booking said I booked it. The night staff said there was NOTHING they could do. One parent said he wasn’t going to take a bath but he would try to help his bipolar heavy set wife (who had recent knee surgery) the best he could. AND I had to pay $50 extra for each room when I checked in for ?? Maybe it’s a deposit and I’ll get it back - who knows!!

Good place to stay, but unhappy with charge!
Stayed here many times. This time wanted a 100.00 to hold if we done something to the room. Unreal. 60 year old people. Then after 30 minutes calls the room and says the card we gave them declined. Went down and it was her computer problem. Unreal embarrassment for someone. Told the wife probably wouldn’t have to worry about this hotel anymore

I apologize for that you had to come back down to the front desk after getting to the room. The deposit amount was correct but you shouldn't have had to come back down to the desk to provide a different credit card. We should have taken care of that before you went to your room I will definitely work on the training to prevent that in the future.

Would stop here again.
A very comfortable place to stop and relax after a day of driving. The kitchenette area was well appointed and allowed us to dine on what we had brought with us.

When we checked in they gave us a key to the wrong room, which opened the room that we were told yet there was already someone else in the room. When I went down to the counter to tell them what happened they said that was strange because they don’t verbally say what room you have so I must have just randomly guessed the wrong room. They basically told me it was my fault I went into the wrong room with the key they gave me. This is extremely dangerous and I was afraid all night someone would be given a key to our room. The room was FILTHY.

There were workers present so it was not tidy and there was an unpleasant smell from the work. I feel it needs to be updated and it was not the cleanest. I think it was overpriced for the condition of the property. I stayed the one night because I needed the kitchen and no near properties had one. Will not stay again.

Did not have room with two beds, which was what we booked. Had to pile a family of four into a king bed due to suspicious particles on pull out sofa and this was after switching rooms from a room with ‘suspicious’ hair under the covers and peanuts on the floor. Staff at check in was overwhelmed, but courteous and did best to accommodate. Odd smells in hallways and clearly had fire damage at some point that was being worked on. Charred exterior visible at check in, see photo. Someone attempted to open door to adjoining room. Thought we were trapped inside when tried to leave as the lock mechanism is tricky. Required excessive force against door to unlock. Spoon in sink…we didn’t use a spoon. Not the best stay. Only hotel that had availability so only option. Should have kept driving.
