The pictures of breakfast options were incorrect, I would have booked a different Hotel if I knew what they actually had for breakfast. One of their pictures showed biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. Not only did they not have that but they barely had anything. 1-1/2 bagels and a couple of donuts. Hotel is in very poor condition and I felt taken.

I got to my room and the tv did not work. They moved me to a different room and the sink was clogged up and dirty and would not drain. I was then moved again to a 3rd room which was ok but when I turned the light switch off to the overhead light it also turned the tv off.

The hotel did not receive my reservations and had to call Hotels.com and be on phone for 30 min to get my room confirmed. And they were going thru upgrade putting new furniture in rrooms

The room was very clean. I loved the fact that there wasn't any carpet in the room. You never know whats living in there. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff was wonderful. Very clean and quiet. I had a king suite and it was very roomy with a sofa and coffee table, another soft chair, a desk and chair. Convenient to shopping, sights, etc. Only negatives: the WiFi in room was in and out and breakfast was VERY sparse. Coffee was good. Overall I would stay here again.

Very disapointing for the price. Hotel looked and felt cheap. Friendly staff and good bed for sleep. Cleanliness is iffy at best. We will not be staying at any Quality Inn again. Pay a little more and get a better hotel.

Room was clean. Plenty of towels etc. had coffee pot small refrigerator and microwave which most do not now. Breakfast was cereal waffles bagels and muffins. It was adequate. Bed was comfortable and had a pull out couch Linens on bed had Rips and holes on ends. Seem old. Bedding was clean though Drapery sheer was ripped from top to bottom. Seem like original when hotel built Pricing was good. Most nearby was much higher Many restaurants nearby. Could walk to several Would stay here again if in area

A little shabby
It’s not that housekeeping didn’t try to clean, the property is old—caulking around the tub was peeling, etc. I liked the wood-like floors. So much better than old carpet. We were in late and out early so it did what we needed.

Upon check-in, the clerk was quite courteous. Otherwise, my remaining encounters with the clerks was grumpiness. The cleaning staff was kind. These rooms need to punch into the 21st century. The curtains were ragged and torn, the bathroom had patched up wall paper spots. THE FREE BREAKFAST was a joke! I thought about slipping next door to one of the nearby hotels and partaking of their breakfast bars.

Above average room. Loved the extra sink in coffee area. Too bad they didn’t have housekeeping daily. Trash overflowed in room. Breakfast so average.
