Very clean, well groomed. Pool was crowded but not the hotels fault. Very comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Some towels were stained but not a deal breaker. Would love to stay in there again. Staff were very nice and very welcoming. I will recommend to friends and family.

Pros: bed was very comfortable
I was awakened very early by someone working in what appeared to be electrical closet next to my room. Desk clerk stated no one from maintenance was making noise but 2 minutes after my complaint the noise stopped for about 30 minutes. Noise level at hotel was very high.

great location

enjoyed the stay. Only drawback: ventilation in the bathrooms. When you are in the bathroom there is no ventilation at all. So the bathroom does not cool down with the rest of the room. Loved the bath robe, nice touch.

Good Courtyard

This location was typical of what one expects from a Courtyard. Only two issues: the location was a little tricky to find and they gave me the wrong bed configuration (not what I reserved). They did move me to a room that was correct after I brought it to their attention.

Nice hotel for a quick stopover

We checked in at 10pm just to spend the night while driving to Florida. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was well appointed from what we could tell. Everything was clean and tidy. Because there is smoking allowed in the hotel, there was a slightly stale scent in our room, but not so much that would offend. We checked out before 8 the next morning so we didn't experience the pool or other amenities. Overall, it was exactly what we needed.

Would not recommend this hotel

We were completely dissatisfied with the service and hotel manager . Rooms were clean and that is best I can say. The hotel amenities are totally inadequate. Went to the mini restaurant to get dinner and it took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food. Was told by the manger that breakfast would be on them the next morning. The next morning we were told we would be compensated $7.50 for each meal not even enough to get a cup of coffee or and a breakfast sandwich. Most items were not even available to purchase that were on the menu, example orange juice. We left and purchased breakfast and the restaurant down the road. Our group left very unsatisfied and would may not stay a Courtyard again if this is the service that that is provided. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel set back from the highway.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: I don't think the tv was HD OR the channels weren't.
Location: Not far from shopping, restaurants, downtown. We went downtown and found there was an arts/music festival going on :)
Small pond across the street with benches to sit and enjoy the waterfall.
