Great Room, Extremely friendly staff!Posted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: I loved that it is affordable, loved the hot tub and the staff (couple that owned/lived there) was extremely friendly!
Location: Location is sort of off the beaten path, but we were close enough to everywhere we wanted to go.
The room was great/affordable and the hot tub was perfect. The owner has access to TONS of movies in the room, plus cable. The owners were extremely friendly. Clean facilities and nice secure parking lot.

A Nice Spot to RelaxPosted Sep 18, 2013
The B&B was a nice, cheap place to relax for the week when I was in town visiting. It cost less than a more modern hotel, was clean and comfortable, and the owners were friendly. The place is just a nice reconverted house, and though the TV's are a little old, its nice to be able to scroll around and watch all sorts of movies. All in all it was excellent for the price, just make sure you understand what you're getting into. Breakfast is quick Do-It-Yourself stuff, so don't go in hoping for omlettes and pancakes. This was fine by me, and I had a great time.

Really enjoyed staying here. The company was delightful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Loved the in-suite hot tub!

Look closely as the sign is hard to seePosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Thank goodness it was daylight or I would never have found it. The appearance is nothing like the picture in the ad. I passed it p as there is a for sale sign in the yard and the sign with the name is hard to see, I eventually found it by looking at the numbers on the street side mailboxes. I pulled into the driveway and could see parking space behind the building. The route to the back parking lot was through a carport or a narrow drive between the side of the carport and the fence on the property boundary. However the carport was filled with a fancy Ford Mustang and the drive had a ladder leaning against the side of the carport making it too narrow for my Honda CRV. After a few minutes, a lady came out and said the entrance to the parking lot was around the block on the back street. My other disappointment was the breakfast. I consisted of two kinds of cold cereal, oatmeal packets, bread or bagels to toast, a chocolate cookie that looked like a twinkie, a chocolate wafer like a Nabisco wafer, juice and coffee. Not what I am used to when I stay in a hotel that serves complementary breakfast, or a bed and breakfast.

A little differentPosted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The b&b was a little different from what you might think of; but it was a very nice stay. It is a movie themed stay and it delivers on that note. It was also very clean, the only complaint if you want to call it that is the bed is very hard but we knew it was on a platform before we booked and was ok with it. It was exactly as advertised! Location is close to downtown but not in the best of areas.

Great Road Trip ESCAPE!Posted May 22, 2013
We stopped at this quaint B&B after a long, hot day of travel from the west and it was so pleasing to get to relax in the hot tub and watch the very movie we thought about redboxing for free! This is a incredible deal of a place and even though their breakfast isn't some hot Cracker Barrel meal, the overall relaxation factor is worth it for the price! If you ever need a good stop on the way through West Kentucky make sure to book Escape!

Wonderful People, Very Cool TV, but That's All...Posted Apr 9, 2013
Pros: The People and the Movie Room
Cons: The "Breakfast" and the Cat Dander
This was our first Bed and Breakfast. To be fair, we didn't know exactly what to expect. This felt more like staying at a friend's house. The breakfast was a few groceries in the style of continental breakfast. The owners however are INCREDIBLY nice people who are a blast to talk to and made the trip memorable. If you are interested in watching movies on the 100 inch projection TV, you can't beat it. Amazing picture and sound. It's awesome. And that's what really sets this place apart. It's the amazing owners and the cool TV. Other than that, to be completely honest, the accommodations are not much more than crashing at a friend's place. We still had a great time though! One other note, if you have a cat allergy, despite the best efforts of the owners who keep them on their side of the house, there must still be dander in the air because my allergies did bother me if I stayed in the living room too long, mainly itchy eyes.

Give It A Shot!!Posted Jan 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place is not what you expect at all. The service was great and Robert the owner did a great job making us feel comfortable and was a great help in recommending some dinner spots to us. Everything was SUPER clean and the free movies were a bonus. Not to mention the big screen in our room. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in this place for a night if you are in the Paducah area. If we lived closer this would be a great spot to retreat to with out the kids for the evening....And see for yourself on the price, you just can't beat it. Thanks Escape B&B
