“Lake Powell May 2011”

Very courteous staff. The hotel was a little hard to find because Lake Powell Boulevard is a loop and intersects Hwy 89 twice (not the fault of the hotel). The free continental breakfast was a little skimpy, but I did't stay there for the food.

Very good value hotel. All amenities given were in good condition and room was large. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was good. Wireless internet was fast and work flawlessly. parking is close to rooms. In all, a very good experience.

Staff not real friendly. Only do the bare minimum. Ice machine and coke machines broken on all floors. Good location and clean.

“Just passing through”

My husband and I stayed here on our way back to Utah from Phoenix with our 2 year old daughter. We had a spacious room with 2 beds, a fridge,microwave, and balcony. I am a sucker for balconys. Not every room has one and I was pleasantly surprised that our room did. I didnt have to request it. The hotel is a normal super 8. I didnt have high expectations so I wasn't dissapointed. You get what you pay for. In this case it wasn't exactly cheap because Page is considered a "resort town". The surrounding area was ok. We got takeout pizza from a restaurant next door that was really good. On our way out of town we stopped at the Glen Canyon Dam. It is amazing. Ofcourse the main reason people are usually in Page is for Lake Powell. I worked at Bullfrog marina for five years in early 2000 and Lake Powell is the most amazing place ever!

The large hotel room was light on style but was clean and had all of the amenities that you'd expect like a quality mattress, ironing board and iron, etc.. The premium movie channel "Stars" is included but didn't really come in on our tv which was not a big deal. The free breakfast was adequate but it's all carbs (bagels, toast, cereal, muffins) and no fruit. We found this to be a good hotel which met all of our basic requirements. The closest restaurant is about a third of a mile away as the hotel is located on one of the main roads just outside of the downtown area. Expect to drive to everything.

We only stayed here for one night and did a boat tour in the morning on Lake Powell. The service and location were good. The breakfast was not so good.

“worth the price”

Hotel was clean,but halls smelled of pot smoke and the air conditioner didn't work and you couldn't open the windows. Continental breakfast left alot to be desire...poor selection especially if you don't eat white bread.
