Comfortable Atmosphere

Pros: Atmosphere was warm and inviting. The rooms were quiet.
Cons: The only issue I encountered was that they did provide shampoo, soap and conditioner daily unless you ask. Might be because I brought some from home.
Location: We were there in the winter, so not really sure. Golf and a small amount of shopping.
We enjoyed the hotel. The staff was courteous, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet in the morning had a great selection and the food was good, the restaraunt/lounge had great food and the staff was amazing, we used the pool/hottub/exercise room every day and the were all clean and well maintained. I would recommend that you stay at this hotel if you are in the area.

Worst experience

First time staying at your hotel, and I wasn't happy with the room, it was freezing and the heat was working, water smelt like sewer, waitress was rude and impatient. She even forgot an order, so while everyone else was done eating I had to wait for mine, rules need to be made for fitness room. About 10 junior girls went in there right from swimming, soaking wet playing on all the workout equipment. Staff seen and did absolutely nothing. Even when I approached the staff about it, they said they would take care of it and never did. Just looked in the window and walked away. I was very disappointed with my first stay there.

Hotel is in a need of an update.

Pros: The band was good and the wine selection was decent.
Cons: Update the hotel.
Location: Nice location near highway - Great restaurant near by called John Palmer's Bistro 44. They had music quality food and great wine. Food was delicious!
The hotel needs an update. The rooms were dated and so was the lobby. The bar smelled like old smoke and definitely could use a face lift. The pool are was dirty.

New Years Eve at Quail Hollow Resort

Quail Hollow Resort is a very nice hotel and for business meetings or golf vacation it's a great choice. But...3 couples of us attended the New Years Eve party at Quail. We all agreed that while the hotel staff and rooms were very nice, their New Years party was terrible. The food was cold and unimaginable. The comic was not funny and the band was just ok. Not worth the $350.00 that they charged.

Nice pool and hot tub

It was decent but not as nice as i expected. Its a little out dated but i think at one time it was classy. The lobby was cozy but the staff was not so personable. The room was presentable but theres a lot of dirt in the corners and edges. I would stay again.

Pros: could not ask for any thing more everything was top notch
everything about quail hollow was great except kc's lounge very expensive we were not impressed by the meal money would have been much better spent at longhorn or Texas roadhouse

Pleasant hotel

Pros: The pool, friendliness of staff.
Cons: Food.
Location: If you have business on the east side of Cleveland or in the eastern suburbs and you are able to drive, this may be a good stay
Everything was good, but food is somewhat mediocre.

Pros: Lobby is nice. Happy they have a pet policy, however would have liked to sit in lobby with my dogs and read.
Stayed while it was cold. Pool warm enough to get in, however the hot tub really wasn't very "hot"
