Resort hotelPosted May 26, 2015
Cons: all white towels would be better
it is a golf resort hotel 30 min out of Cleveland, and it is a quite area with nothing around. No one at front desk, and I waited for 15 min to check-in. room is clean but i don't like their towels because they are all in a range of light brown colors... seems like they mistreat the towels during laundry

Resort?Posted May 25, 2015
Stayed 3 nights. The rooms (and hallways) are in sore need of a facelift. Lobby was welcoming but overall everything needs some love. Don't eat at the breakfast buffet.

Close to parksPosted May 17, 2015
Pros: closeness to my favorite breakfast place Panera Bread
Cons: can not think of a thing, it was great
Location: close to parks, restaurants and the freeway to get to my relatives houses easily.
Never been to Quail Hollow before. It was very nice and clean. Busy at times. Other than the maid not giving us wash cloths one day, it was very restful. The staff was incredible. Loved it and will stay again next time in Ohio. There are alot of Metro parks close by that were fun for hiking and just getting out into nature.

Great location, close to foods, beach and shoppingPosted May 17, 2015
Pros: Staff friendly and liked patio door that opens to outside.
Cons: Beds were not that comfortable. Pillows lumpy and felt it needed updating.
Location: Lots of places to dine close by and shopping and beach!
Liked first floor room, hot tub and pool. Fun time getting together with family!!

Mediocre resortPosted May 9, 2015
The area if the resort we stayed in was pet friendly. We were not made aware of this until we heard dogs barking. Room was run down and it felt as if this area if the resort had been neglected. Lobby was gorgeous but the rooms did not in anyway live up to what you would expect after that first impression.

Old air/heat unitsPosted May 7, 2015
Cons: Rooms need updated
It was a chilly night and every time the heater blower came on it was so loud it woke us up. I wear ear plugs when I sleep and could still hear it.

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms, multiple entrances make parking convenient. Not real easy to walk anywhere nearby hotel because no sidewalks, and rural roads surrounding hotel are very busy with speeding cars.

Nice Place To StayPosted May 3, 2015
Pros: Location, beds, cleanliness, room spaciousness
Cons: nothing that we could see
Location: Just an overnight stay.
This hotel is off the I90 and is a great alternative to staying in Cleveland. We were travelling and chose this place over staying in the city. The facility is very nice and has an upscale restaurant. We didn't try the restaurant. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and the area is quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on choosing this place again when travelling.
