"pricey but wut worth it for comfort and location"
First stop on my vacation, so really appreciated a quiet night with a comfy bed after gruelling flight, train from Charles de gaulle was a breeze. Versaille and train station so close you couldn't ask for better.

We were a party of 4. Two adults, a 10 & a 14 year old. We all were satisfied. Could see the castle out of our window. Regarding Edith... She was knowledgeable of the city as well as Paris. She even researched the cheapest taxi to the airport. Gave us a delicious inexpensive crepe restaurant we all loved. You can't go wrong here.

The hotel was clean and the building was very attractive. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was expensive though, and it bit overpriced, also drinks in the bar were very expensive. If you are travelling by train or coach I would recommend the hotel as it is in easy walking distance of the palace, however if you are driving I would stay elsewhere as there is no car park and we could not get into the nearest public car park. We had to park several minutes walk away which is a problem if you have baggage to carry.

a secure and beautiful zone with all facilities, train , restaurants, buses, pharmacies and a zone for shopping. The hotel is old but is confortable , the breakfast is excellent and the personal help you in anything you need. It have internet in hotel free. It have a lot of information from Paris and Versailles for the tourist. The hotel is far from the center of Paris but you can go in 15-10 minutes to there and don´t have the problems of the hotels in the center : too high prices, too much peoples in and a poor security

The marvel of its age, this splendid chateau was begun in 1668, taking over 20 years to convert a hunting lodge into Europe’s largest palace. Many of its rooms were stripped during the Revolution and still lie bare, but Versailles’ grandeur and magnificent formal gardens are unsurpassed. Just 20 km west of central Paris; RER Line C5 goes to Versailles–Rive Gauche, 700 metres from the entrance.
