Great little hotelPosted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: The pool. The club sandwiches!
Location: The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the ruins and approximately 1 hours drive from the waterfalls at Agua Azul.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst touring Mexico and visiting the ruins at Palenque. The hotel is easy to find and close to the ruins which was perfect for us. Our room was similar to other Best Western hotels we have stayed in - clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has an excellent pool - perfect for a cool down after the mugginess of the jungle! I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great for FamilyPosted Mar 21, 2013
Pros: pool and location
Cons: wi-fi and no elevator
Location: great to reach town and piramids
Nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Close to town centre by walking distance and easy to get to the different amenities. Having no elevator could be difficult to someone with some movement difficulties if staying in upper levels.

Overpriced hotel on noisy streetPosted Dec 30, 2012
Overpriced hotel on noisy street. Within 100 meters you may find same level inns for half price. Streets is really noisy and I recommend to select pool-facing rooms for you stay. Internent was really slow.

Needs renewal!Posted Feb 11, 2012
Pros: Clean comfortable rooms
Cons: No wifi in room, despite them claiming so
Location: Excellent, near bus station and on road to the ruins
A good clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff but needs at least one English speaker at reception. Restaurant needs a makeover. Limited menu and a tired setting. Also despite claims about wifi, it was not available in my room and reception in the lobby was poor.

THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION DESK COULD NOT GIVE YOU AN INF. I ASKED FOR A POOL TOWER AND THEY TOLD ME THEY RUN OUT OF IT THEY RE ARE BETTER HOTEL TO STAY IN PALENQUE I RECOMMEND TO GO AND EAT AT THE CAFE DE JARA EXCELENT FOOD: DO NOT MISS THE TAMALES REGIONALES.

Nice if you arrive from the junglePosted Sep 7, 2010
If you come back from the jungle this is probably a place you will enjoy. The pool, the food and drinks by the pool are definatly the best part of what this hotel has to offer. The rooms are fine and the hotel is situated in a neighbourhood where you will find a nice restaurant. Do not expect the staff to speak English...
