“Extremely PALENQUE Best Hotel”

The room was perfect with the balcony, is near the town but at the same time you don"t hear the noise of the crowds, very peaceful and nice, I enjoy talking to my friends around the pool using the hammocks and have some drinks and nachos,the only thing that surprise me was that the recepcionist told us that she can't accept old dollars bills or that have stains,or that there is a litlle piece missing. because her boss doesn't want that. and if you don't have enough change in pesos that is a problem, there you need to buy the entrance to Palenque,parking,tips and others.so I hope that rule they will changed it for the future and to be more convenient and helpful for the customer. doesn't exist new money not even in the USA.

Don't forget to go to PALENQUE RUINS you going to enjoy. My Wife and a friend we stay at this hotel with a perfect location,clean,nice people.

“Wonderful Hotel”

We were impressed with everything about the hotel. The staff were helpful, cheerful, hardworking. The room was immaculate.

Area recommendations

The hotel is not in the town of Palenque. It's just outside. I wouldn't recommend staying in the town at all.
