This hotel is more like a motel for people to stay overnight when they travel, definitely not for a family vacation. We stayed for 5 nights but only to travel to different beaches in the north part of Sicily. Breakfast was very far from a continental kind of breakfast. The hotel doesn't have any atmosphere, although it has potential. When you book a room, be careful not to get a room in the -1 level, as there is a restaurant at 0 level and you would hear all the noise from the restaurant until late midnight.

Staff were so accommodating. Arrived 3 hours early then check in but were given an upgraded room immediately. Room was excellent with kitchenette and lovely uses view. Very comfy and spacious. The pool is the cleanest pool I have ever seen. Never more then 6 people in it. So many sun beds available. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Location brilliant. Three great restaurants very close by which included the hotels own which did the must amazing pasta. Even gave us some traditional Sicilian food to try for free!!! Also less then 10 minutes to Mondello beach by bus. Also great local supermarket a minute away. Would definitely return and recommend anyone to go. Such a great stay. Also just 20 minutes by taxi from airport and 45 minute bus ride to Palermo.

They are accommodating. Our first night they had us in a king bed that wasn’t comfortable an they switched rooms for us an put us in separate beds like we wanted. Only issue was the menu in restaurant had no English translation but very good food!!

The beds were as if you were sleeping on a box spring. The pillows were thin and hard. The customer service was incredible. Particularly Peppe.

Nice hotel, fantastic view
The hotel was good, facilities were excellent, the restaurant was very good, the pool was great. The sea is very close, but there is no beach, just rocks. Had to take a bus to Mondello for a proper sandy beach.

Good hotel and location
The hotel is very conveniently located for easy access to Palermo and Mondello beach in quiet area with a rocky beach. The hotel, its bedroom and public area are nicely kept and there is secure parking in basement available at a reasonable cost. This is conference centre as well and has associated apartments too. There is no hotel restaurant but one that is part of the complex next door that served good food and plenty of options, the breakfasts, which are extra were fairly disappointing with no fresh fruit or indeed timed fruit on offer but nice rolls and the usual cheese and cold meat available, once again they seemed unable to make a good cup of tea.

Too far from the beach
Travelling to and from the beach was frustrating and buses were not going frequently enough and cabs were too expensive, it is advertised that the hotel is in mondello, in fact it is not so we've had to spend much more money that planned because if the inconvenient location. Overall the hotel was nice, however it was very difficult to communicate with the staff who didn't speak good English.

Good Hotel
Nice hotel, with a lovely pool. Hotel staff all very nice, hotel restaurant good, but only small choice of dishes. Breakfast, 4 euros, was the usual european hotel fare, ie adequate and reasonable value. Room facilities good, nice clean bathroom, good shower and cleaned daily. Hotel pool, delightful, well managed. Where the locals swim at Mondella, you cannot park for love or money!

A bit of a drive from Palermo. Room quite small and ordered a pool room view. Pool was empty during our stay (end of May) which is pretty ordinary. Breakfast was poor hardly any selection. Dinner in their restaurant was just ok a little expensive though. Beach across the road is below a small cliff not really good for swimming or bathing. I would stay elsewhere if I ever return to Palermo.

Pretty hotel, great pool, v relaxing
A great hotel. Quite hard to find but worth it. A great pool and private pebbley beach out the front of the hospital. Pool as an eternity aspect to it on one side. Mondello also has a lovely beach where you can rent out sunchairs/umbrellas or even hire beach huts for families. lots of restaurants there but dont leave it too long or you have trouble getting a bus back as they only run hourly.

Clean hotel; nice staff; nice swimming pool, but closed after 18:00; can buy breakfast for 3 euro pp; waitress in hotel restaurant don't speak English and menu is only in Italian; location not great but bus transport available; for the beach we needed to go about 2 km; quite noisy at night (our room was in front of the hotel, above the restaurant and we were with child ). I would recommend this hotel. We rented a car by the airport from sicilybycar, just to let you know - they wanted £1.500 deposit

Negatives.Pool unfilled ( Would have been to cold to use ) staff in the local bar Antica Birreria Moretti Pub so rude and surly unlike all the other Sicilians ! Security blinds rattled in the wind at night - all very minor Positives Friendly staff in the hotel, well placed for the bus to Mondello beach and Palermo Town centre, Bed comfortable, plenty of hot water and shower pressure. If you make the effort with the local people they will respond in a positive and friendly way. A holiday in Italy is unlike a vacation in Turkey or Greece it is harder work but the rewards a greater Uploaded picture taken from the room balcony

Nice quiet springtime hide away
We arrived at 1am , the receptionist was very helpful, lending us some change to use the drinks machine,( the only minus point for this hotel was the lack of a kettle in the room),The room was spotless ,with comfortable beds( firm mattress) and plenty of storage.The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful on a number of occasions. Breakfast was typically continental with cakes,croisants and fruit with a choice of hot drinks for 3 euro.In the summer there is a large swimming pool available but unfortunately not open in spring.There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the hotel as well as secure parking for a fee. there is a very small beach and rocky area opposite the complex but the main beach is at Montabello 2km away either walk or the bus stops outside the hotel.Overall we were very happy with the accommodation and staff, though we only use hotels as a base and spend most of our time away exploring.One last thing there is a computer in the reception which has a free internet access point, wi-fi in the hotel is advertised at 5 euro per day( although we weren't charged),this was very useful when using online booking of flight boarding passes.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con formula appartamento. Camera piccola ma vivibile, grande terrazzo vista mare e un grande bagno. In cucina, fornelli, frigo, persino un microonde. Molto bella la terrazza comune e l'area piscina. Personale gentilissimo. Vicinissima al centro di Palermo e a due minuti da Mondello. Consigliatissimo.

Første værelse lugtede kraftigt af røg, men vi fik tildelt et nyt. Man måtte ryge over alt også ved områder hvor man sidder og spiser samt ved poolen. Badehætte og badehåndklæde skal betales for, hvis man vil benytte poolen. Receptionisterne var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Begrænset udvalg ved morgenbuffeten og ringe service.

Een wat oud hotel met weinig vertier in de directe omgeving. Voor restaurant moet je echt de bus of de auto nemen naar Mondelo-beach. Dit is niet te lopen. Het zwembad en de kamers waren redelijk ok, maar het ontbijt was dramatisch. Heel weinig keuze en belabberd personeel. Nu waren er hygiëne-maatregelen die het ontbijt inperkte, maar we hadden al 2 weken andere hotels gezien die het stukken beter deden. Een ander minpunt waren de harde bedden. Onze keuze valt de volgende keer op een ander hotel.

The beds are without a top mattress, so extremely hard. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows are just the same, hard and very used. The breakfast is chocolate croissant, creme croissant and croissant with sugar. 3 different cakes and cookies - nothing els to choose from! Besides that, they use plastic for everything and they don’t clean between guests at breakfast. Now to the swimming pool, yes it’s clean, but it’s closed from 1pm.-3pm. and you have to buy a bathing hat, or els you’re not allowed in the pool. They’s a lot of noise in the evening and night. The beach near by, is packed with people and there are rocks. Definitely not a 3 star, more like 2!! Is you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, don’t go here!

Ottima accoglienza, la struttura non è nuovissima però è tenuta bene, camere spaziose pulite e tranquille. La colazione normale buona. La struttura si trova a 2 km da Mondello e pochi minuti da Palermo centro.

Siamo arrivati nella struttura alle 11:30 e abbiamo atteso più di 1 ora per l'assegnazione della camera. Sono stati accettati due cani di piccola taglia. Buono l'impianto della piscina e la posizione. Il parcheggio sotto l'hotel dove si appoggiano la maggior parte dei clienti è molto disconnesso. Il ristorante dell'hotel è molto buono ma caro.

Hotel consigliato per una vacanza di coppia
Hotel di fronte a un mare pulito con scogli e comunque vicino alla spiaggia di mondello servito da fermata autobus proprio di fronte, peccato che gli autobus passano quando vogliono. Hotel pulito e confortevole, personale gentile e carino capace di risolvere ogni problema. Colazione troppo standard se avessero proposto qualcosa di tipico sarebbero stati il top. Comunque consigliato

The hotel is located away from the beach, it takes 20-30 minutes to go to the nearest beach. when you were in the room there was no toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel 30gr for 4 days-it's not funny. In the room, the electric tile works badly. to boil water for half a day. breakfast was very bad, it was a cold omelet, a couple of old croissants. coffee should be ordered, and wait a long time. opposite the hotel has a beautiful sea view.
