Very good for walking PalermoPosted May 11, 2009
Palermo is a jungle of streets and chaotic drivers, but once we got our bearings our hire car was parked well for us, the hotel staff charming, our room spotless, plenty of sights and places to eat.The medieval quarters well within walking, altogether recommended.

Lovely hotelPosted Sep 28, 2008 on Hotels.com
We just returned from Palermo, and enjoyed two nights at Ai Cavalliri. The main entrance of the hotel is very nice, room was comfortable and reasonably sized, location of hotel fairy close to a shopping area and main square, the room where the breakfast was hosted each morning was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful

Four stars and don't have a porter to carry the heavy bags ?Posted Aug 9, 2006
The hotel has no staff to help you carry the luggage, which is not in complience with a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean however they are small. Bathroom is extremely small and gets wet after a regular shower because there is no an effective system to prevent the water to soak the bathroom. Toilet flush was falling apart. Hotel does not have, even for a rental fee, plug to adapt other countries electric outlet. Certainly did not have an adapter to convert USA to Italian plug. Breakfast is small and if come late there is no refill of food.
