Hotel fine, noisy areaPosted Nov 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was selected because of a 0630 flight out of Palermo airport. Loud music and talking in the area all night long even as my wife and I were walking to our car at 0430. Hotel was fine just the area prevented us from getting any sleep prior to a long flight home to NY/JFK airport.

Comfort delle camerePosted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Decisamente raccomandabile.

Charming hotel close to Palermo airportPosted Sep 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The owner's warm welcome set the tone for our stay , which was very pleasant.Close to the airport yet situated in a little village near the sea, there were great restaurants - we ate at Arabesque, and small shops. Suggest that one parks in the surrounding streets as via Madonie is a walkway leading to the main square.

Servizio eccellente.Posted Jun 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Nel suo complesso l'esperienza, il servizio, la posizione ecc. è da considerare "Eccellente". E' stata una bellissima scoperta la "catena" dei Bed & Breakfast in Sicilia.

Double bookedPosted Jun 16, 2014
Location: Only stay if you want to be near the airport. Small town with a church square and a few good shops. Some interesting restaurants.
We arrived in early June to find our booking of 2 double rooms had been mixed up and there were no rooms available. The owner managed to find us 2 rooms in another hotel, but this was inferior, so not a good start to our holiday.

Ottima posizionePosted May 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Vivamente consigliato!!!

Very nice bed and breakfast in a great locationPosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Nice owner, great location, great value.
We needed a place close to the airport and were very happy with Casa Manzella. When we arrived the owner answered the intercom which was connected to his cell phone, he showed up in about 10 minutes and let us in to a large, clean room looking out on the street. Air conditioning, internet. The hotel is close to the piazza and we ate dinner nearby on the water. We didn't stay for breakfast but it looked very nice. Very happy with our experience and a good value.

Get away this B&B - the owner woke us up at 2:15amPosted Jun 5, 2013
Cons: The owner woke up us at 2:15 in the morning. the towel was dirty with blood on it. It is located just nearby a pedestrian zone which is very noisy/
The arrival: First, there was nobody in the B&B when we arrived. We had to call someone and they were there 10 minutes after. Then, the welcoming was quite expeditious: "hello - this is your room - this is your key - the breakfast is at 10am, goodbye"...and then they went out. There was nobody from the B&B from this moment for the whole night. The night: As we had an early flight we slept at 11pm. Believe it or not, a guy knock at the door at 2:15am explaining that he was the owner and we had to pay now. I explained we already paid to Expedia (i discovered that i was wrong after but i really thought we had. Anyway i was honest but this is not the point). There was nothing to do with this Italian only speaking guy. (He started to be aggressive). I told him that it was the first time someone from an hotel woke me up at 2:15 in the morning and it was unacceptable and then we will see that tomorrow before we leave. He didn't want to know anything, he just wanted to be paid NOW! I said ok i will pay by credit card. He said no by cash. Amazing. Finely we paid by cash as he wouldn't have given up. This story is absolutely unacceptable! The guy just don't care about his hotel, he just want it to be profitable. The hotel: - the hotel looks fair enough but not really great. - the towel was dirty with blood on it. - there was no A/C system. - It is located just nearby a pedestrian zone which is very noisy : it was very hard to sleep then and the church bells rang every 15 minutes.
