Great location and beautiful courtyard. Room was comfortable enough. Everything was an easy walk from this hotel! Right in the center of the old city, super convenient.

Right off the Quattro Canti, you can’t get closer to the center, yet the hotel feels separate when you get to your room. A portion of it is a 17th century structure with a modern extension. Clean and bright, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a balcony looking out at the attached Church. It’s in a buys section of town but the noise was almost nonexistent when on the balcony. Shopping. Siteseeing. The station. All within walking distance. Palermo is a feast of the senses and Quinto Canto is in the middle of the action. Very happy way to start our Sicily vacation.

Highly Recommend!!
Beautiful room and hotel in a prime location in Palermo. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was bright and large (rare in Europe. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel too.

Booked via Expedia and it was listed my VIP perks would include a certain discount off on the spa facilities. At checkout, the hotel refused to apply this even though it was clearly stated in the booking. They did not even provide a reason as to why they would not give us the discount we were entitled to

Wonderful stay in the center of Palermo
This was our first stay at Quintocanto Hotel and Spa, and it surpassed our expectations. Beautifully designed and maintained to the highest level. The buffet breakfast was just perfect and included a fresh daily Sicilian Cassata of the highest quality. And after touring Palermo, it was a real treat to go to their spa and relax in their jacuzzi. Overall, this hotel was definitely worth it, and my daughter and I look forward to returning on our next visit to Palermo. Grazie to the staff and their management.

Unacceptable noise on the top floor. The owner of the hotel should try to sleep in the room we were given. It was like being in an engine room or on a factory floor. Industrial air conditioners on the other side of every thin wall and above the roof. Staff were charming and proud of their recent expansion, and the location is right in the middle of the main pedestrian intersection. The room had previously been an apartment—spacious and clean. Without the noise it would have been just fine—perhaps other rooms below the top floor are. But it’s unacceptable to offer a room that noisy to guests, period, at any price.

1st night n Sicily

Location is excellent, room was nice, other than the ants and mosquitoes, tv didn’t work, service was a big negative at the front desk as well as spa, just an overall rude attitude not pleasant. Spa is tiny barely room for two people in the locker room, steam, or sauna, and low in amenities
