The residence is built at about one hundred fifty meters of the sea with large panoramic view, on a eight thousand square meters land at about two kilometres from Cefalù.
All the villas are ready to receive you for nice holidays; the villa have all comfort and relax, all with outside private spaces with long chairs, big umbrellas, chairs and table.
The residence has a swimming pool for adults and children, space for playing “pétaque”, space for children plays, table for ping-pong; meeting room with television, large parking inside the residence, beach with “lido” at 350 meters and coast at 120 meters.
