A bit away from the city
Very clean, stylish hotel with excellent breakfast. On the beach with good facilities. Balcony is beautiful and sleeping is comfortable. Not much to complaint about except a few things: no kettle in the room, we were missing a hot tea/coffee. No designated parking at the hotel, we had to find a place on the road it was too tiny on first come first served base. Not ideal for the rented car as the road is too narrow. The personal is not speaking English. We had to explain basically using signs. A few things were still not understood which was annoying. Staff gets annoyed when you try to ask something in English but they do not understand. Same in restaurant. Some hotel facilities were fully closed and not operational. Too far away from the city.

The location is very nice and the hotel has a private beach and a pool. The room we were in was infested by flies and the staff did nothing to address the issue. I was offer a voucher which I did not accept because I would not go back to the same hotel. There are other options around. The place is isolated with limited lunch options. The staff does not seem to care too much about guests.

Not a hotel it's an extended stay
Horrible condition. No toilet paper, soap or toiletries supplied. Had to pay extra euro for bed sheets and bath towels.

Les chambres sont propres et vastes mais les murs de la douche sans céramique absorbent l’eau ce qui contribuent à la détérioration de la salle de bain. Dommage car le reste est très bien et la vue sur la mer magnifique. Personnel à la réception et on m’a servi en français. Restaurant sur place très bien et piscine 10/10 pour la plage 5/10.

Dejligt sted og et besøg værd
Jeg har det noget svært ved I som hotel vil.slå.på miljøet og de fleste døre står åbne lige ud i det fri, det da spild af energi den samme kunne man gøre på værelset. Ville være smart at aircon slukker automatisk når døren åbner. Omkring jeres livredder tror jeg et lille kursus de er der forgæsternes skyld og deres sikkerhed og ikke for at sidde med øjnene på deres personlige mobiltelefon. Det er faktisk et vigtigt job de har. Toro måske også en udvidelse af jeres kaffemaskiner ville være en god idé, jeg ventede næsten 10 minutter for at få en kop kaffe og det wr altså lang tid når jeg drikker to kopper til mprgenkaffen Når alt dette er skrevet. Fantastisk skønt hotel, skønt værelse, god restaurant og frokost muligheder. Vi kigger forbi en anden gang.

Dejligt hotel på stranden, men med masser af larm
Beliggenheden er i top mht. strand og turer til Palermo. Poolen er skøn og hotellet er flot. Morgenbuffen er god og afstemt i forhold til de 4 *. Men på anden dagen havde de strømproblemmer i restauranten, så serveringsfolkene løb rundt med for korte forlængerledninger. Der kom ingen teknikker og hjælp. Så omelet og ristet brød fik vi ikke. Vi havde bestilt værelse med udsigt og havde en skøn udsigt og lækker balkon, men om aftenen afholte restauranten fest 50 m. til venstre for vores værelse. Faktisk i forlængelse af vores balkon. Vi kunne derfor ikke sidde ude og nyde udsigten, vejret og stedet. Vi boede der i 2 nætter og det var begge dage. Vi fik på dag 2 at vide at festen stoppede kl. 23. Først langt over 23.30 stoppede de. Men så var der stadig gang i den store restaurant som lå 50 m. til højre for os. Vi var trætte da vi forlod hotellet dag 2.

Bel hôtel idéal pour des vacances sur place.
Séjour 3 couples d’amis Bon accueil mais il a fallu payer la totalité de notre séjour ( 5 nuits) dès notre arrivée. C’est le premier hôtel qui exige ce paiement . Il faut le savoir. 2 chambres vue sur mer partielle car en retrait confort et propreté bien mais problème d’évacuation douche qui déborde en salle de bain. Petit déjeuner très correct personnel sympa. Plagiste surveillant très sympa et serviable . Toutes les chambres ne disposent pas de coffre. Restaurant très correct.

Was in Palermo with my son for 8 days and chose this hotel, The hotel is quite nice with very nice staff. Breakfast could be better and air conditioning was missing, for example, at the reception. Nothing to complain about otherwise. The staff gets high marks from me. They did everything in their power to help us. The hotel is located in an area where you must have a car if you want to see other than the hotel. It takes about 50 minutes to get there from the airport and 20 minutes to town. The beach is not really a sand beach , but that was perfectly fine for us. The best thing about this hotel is that you are on your own. In the evenings you can hear a little noise from the upper terrace where they plays music but it didn't disturbed us. The rooms were well insulated with air conditioning etc.

Positiv: super schönes Hotel mit sehr freundliches Personal. Alle Anliegen wurden sofort bearbeitet und für alles wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Am Strand/Pool hat man genug Plätze.. Negativ: am Abend ist es laut, die Zimmern sind nicht gut gedämmt. Bei diesem Punkt hat kann das Hotel nichts dafür dennoch wollte ich es erwähnen: Wenn man in die Stadt/Bahnhof möchte dann gibt es nur die Möglichkeit ein Taxi für 35€ one way zunehmen. Fazit: ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen allerdings drauf achten, dass das Zimmer in einer ruhigeren Lage ist. Außerdem empfehle ich einen Mietwagen zu mieten sofern man was anderes sehen möchte.

Ottimo servizio e ottima location !
Un esperienza positiva e rilassante. Pulizia impeccabile, cortesia, gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff, ottima vista mare camere confortevoli e moderne. Che dire tutto ottimo ! Zona Piscina pulita e confortevole per bambini e adulti, dondole, divanetti e poltroncine per tutti gli ospiti in hotel. Ottimo il servizio del bagnino, piu che attento anche quando i genitori di alcubi bimbi si rilassano "un po' più Del dovuto". Tutto perfetto, tant'è che io e le mie amiche abbiamo prenotato anche la settimana dopo!

Très bel établissement avec plage privée
Très bel hôtel, chambre impeccable et spacieuse literie très confortable, salle de bains neuve magnifique, terrasse vue mer avec transats. Cadre agréable, calme,parking. Jolie piscine, belle plage galets et sable avec transats, parasols et surveillants de bains. Accueil très chaleureux en français, un grand merci à Chiara et sa collègue à la réception pour leur gentillesse ( appel du loueur de voiture à l'arrivée, pour demander s'ils avaient trouvé un sac oublié), merci aussi à Mariano. Restaurant en plein air, bons plats, pizzas excellentes et granité à ne pas rater. Mérite une meilleure note, en oubliant les avis de 2013 et 2015 avant travaux!!!! Nous aimerions y séjourner à nouveau plus longtemps.

Esperienza eccellente dalla cordiale e simpatica accoglienza dello staff ai servizi alla pulizia al sobrio ed elegante gusto della strutyura ubicato in una location da favola. se devo segnalare qualcosa da migliorare suggerirei il buffet della colazione ma non lo staff di servizio efficientissimo.

Vacanze settembrine
Come alternativa a Spagna e Grecia, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto la Sicilia. La struttura che abbiamo trovato soddisfaceva le nostre esigenze di avere la piscina e la spiaggia privata Colazione a buffet su una veranda ha un qualcosa in più per iniziare bene la giornata. Annesso alla struttura vi è un ristorante pizzeria che serve una pizza super.

Mit Abendunterhaltung ohne Service
Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Die Abendunterhaltung fand regelmässig ab 21.30 -24.00 in voller Lautstärke direkt über unserem Zimmer statt. Nachruhe war somit nur bedingt möglich, da man bereits um 10.00 Uhr wieder mit Musik in voller Lautstärke geweckt wird.

El hotel es agradable,con muy buena ubicación,vista exelente,muy buena pileta y fácil acceso a la playa.La atención del personal es muy buena.Pero para estancia de paso no es muy cómodo el acceso. Si, es cómodo para quien va a quedarse más días.Además no incluye sábanas ni tohallas. Pero si las facilitan y cobran aparte. Tiene al lado restaurante y negocio que vende lo que pueda necesitarse.
