Your feedback is deeply concerning, and we did conduct a thorough investigation to address the issues raised and uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service to all our guests. However during the investigation, we did find the additional fees you mentioned where due to the many noise complaints we received for your room from your Pets which you mentioned were "Service Animals" and they were left unattended in the room. Unfortunately, you yelled at the Manager and Front Desk staff when you saw the Pet fees charged to your room and threatened of Dire consequences. Our staff member responded to your complaint and offered to move you to a different room and had offered to let you check the two rooms we still had available to pick which one you wanted to make sure there were no linger smells from prior guests. You declined the room move altogether as you didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving your things to a new room. Our staff sprayed room deodorizer in the room per your request to try and address your concerns to the best of their ability at the time of the complaint.
