Hotel really stepped up.Posted Oct 6, 2013
My pre-paid and confirmed reservation at the PB Convention Center was mysteriously lost, but Quality Inn stepped up and provided a room of the same quality I had booked. Will remember them when making reservations for future trips, both here and elsewhere.

I stayed one night in 2 rooms that we not of Quality inn standards. First room had ants. Second room had a strong mildew odor and countless touch up paint (or wall repair from holes). Friendly staff. Nice and clean common areas.

Musty & Dirty Carpet & WallsPosted Jul 15, 2013
Pros: Continental Breakfast.
Cons: My experieince above speaks for itself on what could be improved. On the other hand they should jjust demolish it and start fresh.
Location: Not very much that we could see.
When we walked into the room we could smell a stale ordor and turned on teh Air Conditioning thinking it would get better. The Walls were papered, ripped, dirty, needed patching. We asked for an Accessible room which we got but got 2 double beds when I had asked for a King. The toilet was running all day. We thought once we got back from our Party that our room would have lost teh odor but it did not. I di not want at this time to swap rooms, I should have done that from the first and since we only booked one night we just went to bed early and left teh next morning. The staff did not ask about the room and neither dis we accept for the toilet running. I figured I would wait til I received a survey and rate this Hotel which I would never go back to and not recomend to friends.

Good Palm Bay HotelPosted Jun 11, 2013
Pros: Proximity to Palm Bay and the waffle maker on the breakfast bar.
Cons: 2nd floor ice maker was out of service.
Location: Close to everything in Palm Bay. Far enough off the road so it was quiet at night.
This hotel is relatively new to the Quality Brand. It was formally a Jamison property. There were a few clues that it was in transition, ex marks on the wall where a different TV had been mounted. However the room was clean, the HVAC worked. There were waffle makers on the breakfast bar. We will probably be back in the Palm Bay area more often in the future and this will probably be where we stay.

DON'T THINK MY WIFE WOULD STAY HERE" KIND OF PLACEPosted May 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
MY DAD AND I WERE GOING TO MY NIECES GRADUATION AND THIS PLACE WAS CLOSE TO THEIR HOUSE. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE PLACE WAS A LITTLE AGED BUT ACCEPTABLE. MY DAD AND I HAVE STAYED IN HUNDREDS OF HOTELS SO THIS WAS ADEQUATE TO US, BUT I DON'T THINK MY WIFE WOULD STAY HERE. A GOOD "TWO STAR" PLACE.

Super small .Posted May 6, 2013
I stay at a hotel/motel about ten times a year and I have to say these were the smallest rooms I've ever seen. We were in town for a kids soccer tournament with a few other families also staying at Quality Inn - everyone had the same complaint. Even the breakfast area was small.
