“Crap in Paln Bay.”
Hotel was the worst hotel I stayed at in a long time.Toilet was broke in first room, mold on a/c unit and in shower. Second room just as bad. Third room that they put us in was a little better, its was late and we just didn't have any more steam to go anywhere else........ Do not stay here.... ps pool was nasty looking also....
“Beautiful lobby, rooms need updating.”
The location is convenient. The hotel lobby is impressive, but the room wasn't. Nice continental breakfast.
“QUALITY INN WHAT HAPPENED”
This place was a ghost town very dingy and almost empty of guests. Everything was closed except the breakfast buffet which was NOT VERY GOOD. I have stayed with chain before and their hotels are good this one is not.
“Needs maintenance”
First room they assigned smelled like an ashtray (cigarettes - a non-smoking room). Carpet near the breakfast area was filthy and stained. Ceiling over indoor pool was stained and warped - areas needed replacement. Interesting designed lobby area.
“Somewhere to sleep”
Checked into hotel at 11:00pm, the front desk was very helpful, gave me a room next to friends, toilet kept running when you flushed it. The towels were very rough felt like sandpaper on your skin....the hotel itself was very basic....needed to be updated.
“NO A/C IN THE LOBBY / NASTY POOL”
DOOR KEY CARDS INOP. TWICE, WATER OFF ROOF LEAKING INTO INDOOR POOL, VERY HOT IN LOBBY
“Won't go back”
"lost" items. cigarette smelling hallways. unsupervised children (3 of them..one maybe 2yrs old) in the swimming pool. will not stay there again.
“Great with unbelievble price”
A little hard to find due to the road construction but well worth the effort. Nice,clean, comfortable room. Refrigerator, Microwave, and Coffee Maker was an unexpected plus.

The room and bathroom was dirty.The halls were in need of renovation, painting and carpet replaced or cleaned.
“Palm Bay stay”
The hotel was great especially for the price. Nice area but watch out for the road contrsuction (widening road). Hotel and room were clean and comfy. Did not expect to get microwave and fridge but they were in room when I arrived. Would defintely stay again.
