“It is what it is.”
Clean rooms and property. Freshly painted and some recent upgrades made this hotel more appealing. The pillows on the beds were lumpy like they had been washed and were not made for washing.(However, I'll take a clean pillow with lumps any day over the alternative). I have stayed at this location 2 times. Its not a fancy place but Palm Bay is not a fancy place anyways. The "continental breakfast" was only some mini donuts and coffee, but whatever(continental breakfast is really stretched with their definition). The pool was nice and clean, looked like it had recently been resurfaced.There was a BBQ on the weekend and they had some great food. There was also a poker tourney going on, not my cup of tea, but it was popular and looked fun. All and all I would stay here again, as it suits my needs for the location and its clean.
“Run down and VERY OLD”
A/C in first room was noisy, maintenance said nothing they could do.Moved to room next door. Toilet hose came loose and started flooding room. Repaired myself quickly, but when they came to clean water up, towels were used and we were told to leave them on floor in bathroom til next day. Sign was missing from roadway, with a temporary banner on building that was falling apart. DO NOT STAY HERE
“will be back”
i will be coming back in july expecting a grandbaby. my son lives in barefoot bay, his girlfriend lives in palm bay. so it's the perfect location. plus i like the view. everything is right there, that i need.

Nice hotel, colors were slightly wild, but the place was nice.
“Strange place”
Contintental breakfast was muffins and coffee, nothing else. Our bed was hard. The pool was your standard motel pool. Lounge? It was always closed. There is a redneck bar next door though. Not mentioned on the web site housekeeping is only every other day. The TV and refrigerator worked correctly. Overall, there's nothing "resort" about this place except the name. It's a basic 1950's motor inn.
“beach vacation”
this hotel is not on the beach but is pretty close,breakfast is just coffee,tea pastries and muffins,there are a lot of restaurants a short ride away,although they offered free dinner we never tried,the room was neat and clean but the mattress are past their prime(at least one of them was really bad).I will stay again overall it is a nice hotel.
