Our Place - Nonsmoking linen-service dining room open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar/lounge. Lunch selections such as burgers, sandwiches, salads. Dinner selections include herb-grilled salmon, red snapper, pan-seared ahi tuna, steamed lobster, baked stuffed lobster, lobster cakes, steaks, and veal-chop choices such as Milanese and parmigiana.

“Mediocre Hotel, Poor Wifi Service”

The hotel was OK. I got a room at a very cheap rate so I wasn't expecting anything like the Plaza NYC. The staff was pleasant. The rooms could use updating. My headboard had graffiti-type writing on one spot (the headboards are dark wood and the writing was done with a sharpie so it wasn't terribly visible - but still). The bathroom was OK, it was clean, but again could use some refinishing. My biggest problem was with the free Wifi Internet. I could connect to the hotel network but the internet would not load pages and it was impossible to download anything. I phoned the desk, but they were not able to help me. That was kind of annoying. Other than that, for the rate I paid, the only thing I was really disappointed with was the internet. The location was convenient, right on Route 1. I did not visit the pool or the restaurant on location so I can't comment on those.

“Won't stay here again!”

Beds were comfortable and shower was good but that is it. Floors dirty, carpet worn, patched, and dirty. Toilet leaked Could not get maids to clean until we called the desk then still waited Sink cracked A/C worked - at least as a sound machine to drown out the noise of rooftop lobby a/c which was out the balcony door no hangers in closet (they gave us some after asking) The microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator was on same expansion plug which weighed a lot and fell out so refrig. defrosted - water everywhere. Pool area dirty - same cig. butts under bushes by hot tub all week.

“Wonderful”

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. After a long drive, I left my debit card in my car when checking in. The staff was very understanding and let me bring it by the next day, at my convenience. The room was great! A little bit louder than I would have liked with outside traffic from the road, but overall my room was great! The hotel is in a great place, very close to everything.

“"Excellent owner's generosity"”

We stayed more than 7 days in a upgraded room with the owner's great generosity. Even without that kindness, the pool and spa were excellent condition for family's fun. Our kids were totally satisfied with hotel facilities. Come and see what it is real !

“Just ok place, wonderful staff”

“not impressed checked out as soon as I saw the room”

The name of hotel is misleading. Its a motel, not a hotel. Lobby area was very nice. Room was scary. Bathroom was dirty. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall. there were two small blocks of ice on top of refriegerator leaking all over. checked out of hotel within 15 minutes.

“Never stay there again!”

Staff was not very helpful or friendly, whenever I had a request the staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them. However the overnight front desk agent was accommodating.

“worth to go back”

Hotel staffs are friendly, gave helpful information at the front desk. The maid did not bother us, whenever the "do not disturb" sign on the door, and would clean the room anytime we were out of the room.

Area recommendations

the Spanish fork beach was nearby.but don't pay $18 for parking,there is street parking on spansh rivier blvd.....every where was convenient for shopping.Delray Beach and Deerfield beach are close by, and no need to pay parking. take 30 min to sawgrass mall is worth to look at. Boca Raton is good place for relax and away from the crowded Miami Beach or South Beach.
