Beautiful grounds, excellent restaurants, clean, great service

“a wonderful surprise”

this is our first Expedia trip . my husband and i have been to this resort many times over the past 33 years but always booked our own rooms. this trip was bundled with flight and hotel. normally we select ocean front or ocean side rooms, however none were available for our last minute booking; as a result we chose the bungalows which are newly renovated. the bungalows are located near the golf course, neither my husband or i golf but we were willing to try this location as the bungalows looked wonderful on line. we were 100% delighted when we arrived to see such a spacious full apartment / condo sized bungalow. i cant even begin to tell you how satisfied we were with this choice and i will never stay ocean side again at this location-you have at this site your own pool and every 15 minutes a shuttle runs from the bungalows to main hotel or ocean . parking was free as we rented a car and with most upscale resorts you are charged a daily parking fee. you can order food to your room from this location or cook if you choose as the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans , coffee pot, stove, microwave, refrigerator,utensils and dishes for 8. . check out the bungalows on line and you will not be disappointed.

“Enjoyed our stay”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There was so much to do within the complex: exercise classes, the beach and many restaurants. We stayed in the bungalows. Though a little remote, the shuttle service was convenient. We rarely waited more than 5 minutes for it. Except for the ice cream place, in general, we had great service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Wish we could go once a month”

Beautiful grounds, great location and handy shuttle service to shopping downtown. Pools are great, and big. Service excellent. Serendipity Way Overpriced for the value. For God's sake it's just hamburgers and ice cream! Fitness Center excellent but kind of a hike to get there.Cielo is world class restaurant.

“beautiful hotel!”

We got a great deal in the off season, but once we were there eveything was extremely overpriced. Also, there were daily service charges we were unaware of. However, the hotel was in impeccable condition and the service was exceptional.

“Boca Raton Crown Jewel”

We were very impressed with the Bocan Raton Resort and Club as soon as we pulled up. The guard politely asked for our name to determine our reservation, then inserted the handy arking pass to be used for our stay. Everyone at the resort is courteous and helpful. From valets to bellmen, front desk to chambermaids. We stayed in the Cloisters which is the oldest part of the resort but beautifully remodeled and quite comfortable. When we got to our room, there was a sparkling clean crib for our son as requested. We enjoyed all parts of the extensive grounds of the resort, especially the Beach Club! Absolutely beautiful! We talked with several "locals" who are members of the resort who said we got the best of both worlds: resort priveleges without the expense of becoming a member! We highly recommend this hotel!!

“Very diversified Hotel”

Very well prepared and friendly Staff. Good place to play tennis. Restaurants OK.
