“"Not up to Par"”
This resort fell short on several fronts...expecting a king bed and ending up with some very tiny double beds...the bathroom was ridiculous from the shower head with no water pressure or volume to the space being so tiny, it was so awkward. And we stayed in the bungalow's which are newer and larger than the Inn. Promised a food credit that turned out to be a different amount than we received. Overall, the food was good and so was the tennis facility.
“Best hotel in years!!!”
We stayed in one of the bungalo suites. Lots of room, extremely comfortable and very clean. Choice of six pools at the resort and the beach club was top class. Shuttle buses came every ten minutes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend the resort to anybody. Well worth a return trip.
“Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!”
Everything from when we first stepped into the lobby until we left was perfect. This was an experience! The history was fascinating and the outstanding service made you feel so special. And then there was the food..everything from fresh made sushi to ice cream..wow.
“Enjoyed the beach”
Cloister room was too small, we were transferred to the Bungalows but not impressed. The housekeeping failed to replenish the coffee and shampoo..
“Nice place. Rude staff.”
I heard about this resort from my sister after she had stayed in it. She had recommended this place for a weekend getaway. So I decided to book a suite in the bungalows (the more private part of the resort), for a 'staycation', with my friends for the fourth of july, because it's right next to the beach. Upon arrival, I was pretty impressed with what I saw. The front desk was professional and helpful, and gave me precise directions on how to get to my room. The suite was on the third floor, and it had a balcony that was shaded by some palm trees for some privacy. The room was pretty spacious, with two flat screen tv's and full kitchen and bathroom amenities. It was like I had rented a luxury apartment for a day, and I LOVED it. I was having a great time until the next day. I was having some issues with the key that was given to me (because you need it in order to enter the Bungalows from the main resort), so I called the front desk to ask a question. The first thing that the MALE receptionist did was to put me on HOLD for about 10 minutes, and THEN put the phone down on me. I dont if it was because I didnt sound like most older patrons there, but I do know that I also deserve some respect. Service is service and work is work. Overall, the place was nice, but I guess you need to be a little bit more than pretentious in order to get some respect over there.

“Still Perfect”
We make an annual winter trip to Boca Raton resort, now the 6th time, and it continues to be perfect. The boat shuttle to the beach club is worth the trip alone!
“Almost Perfect”
The Hotel is one of those real classics, large ,sprawling and full of character. Food was good , but expensive. The fruit a breakfast was especially good. Rooms were big and comfy. My only complaint was about the pools. At the Resort & Spa the water was just to warm, not refreshing. While at the Beach Cluib thre was hundreds of noisy kids, not very relaxing. Oherwise, everything was nearly perfect.
“our second visit and would go back again if in Florida”
Enjoyed everything about the hotel including the spa, location, restaurants. Staff very nice and try to satisfy any needs
“Fantastic Stay.”
I received an upgrade to the Tower upon checking in. My room was beautiful with a fantastic view. The pool was gorgeous, service fantastic. As a resort, it was top-notch. Because it was a resort I felt very isolated from the surrounding area. There was no hot tub. Overall it was an amazing experience and one that I would repeat.
