I didn’t like the smell of mold in the bathroom, also bath tub was ran down, goes out very slow so I had to take a shower with my feet in dirty water, also my last night stay a small roach was crawling on me while sleeping. Hotel staff are amazing though, I was switched to a different room because of the bathtub but the new room shower did the same thing so I said I would just stay in my current room.

Sink and tub water is bright yellow. I filled the tub for my kids but no way I would bathe them in it. Staff is very nice.

I’ve stayed at comfort suites for decades it’s my only choice. So far this is the only one that I’ve ever been to that I would never recommend to anyone to go to. I would not stay there again. It appeared as if it was under renovation, and things were dirty and undone everywhere.

Very beat up rooms, bathtub didn't drain, they first have us keys to a room that was occupied when we used the room key and entered the room.

If you are considering making reservations at this hotel, you may want to reconsider. The toilet was clogged. The phone did not work and TV cable was out for over 17 hours. The bathroom door handle was broken, and a large handle was missing on the chest drawers. The refrigerator was very noisy in the middle of the night and we could not close the curtains to block out parking lot lamp light. Toiletries and towels were not replenish, but had to request. Staff only did minimal work and annoyed when you asked them for anything. Not there to serve the guests. Sometimes staff was actually rude. No listing anywhere as to time breakfast was served. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage everyday. Only half a dozen muffins, buns, and bagels put out each day. If you were not early, they were gone. Apples were the only fruit. No coffee cups. Told to go back to our room to get our own. Had to one day even request plates. No list of area restaurants. Never an apology from anyone including the manager. This hotel was not up to the usual Comfort Inn quality I have been accustomed to. Very disappointing. I would not recommend it.

The check in staff was super friendly and helpful. I was only there one night, to be close to my daughter's medical facility. The carpets in the room were dirty but otherwise the hotel was clean, colorful, the free breakfast was OK, very close to shopping, room was quiet. Every place is expensive in the area. They were the least expensive.

This place is the worst hotel ever. No place to park,dirty carpets, food left on the floor in our room, both beds broke upon sitting on them. I only weigh 250the manager name is Clive and is very rude. Never will I ever stay at another Choice Hotel anywhere!!!!

Stains and mold in the room. Bathroom needed paint and toilette seat broken sheets were ripped with cigarette stains in them. Stains on floor and on chair. Minimum for breakfast. Had to ask for everything. No plates no juice no bagels muffins bread yogurt. It was rough. Please avoid at all cost!!!

The rooms that you reserve online are not the rooms that you get and then they argue with you about your reservations need to do better and have better customer service the rooms are disgusting anyway and old for the price

The room smelled like mildew and even the hangers had rust on them. We were there for four days and our beds were made once during that time. We came back to the room one day and the bathroom had flooded. We used our extra towels to mop it up as it appeared the leak was from the shower curtain not being pulled over when the room was “cleaned,.” When we asked for extra towels the next day, we tried to explain where our towels went ( maid service took the wet towels and didn’t replace them.)We had to return the two towels we had in order to get replacements! The bathroom walls had caulking sloppily applied around the edges and there were candy wrappers under the vanity. At one point, our sopping wet bath mat was refolded and put over the tub instead of giving us a dry one. We came out of the elevator and the whole second floor reeked of pot smoke. The ice machine was dirty and was left empty. The breakfast selection was sparse and not replenished during our stay. The only reason service got two stars was because Erica at the front desk was awesome. If I were just ranking her she’d get five stars. She was off for two of our days and when I explained about the towels, she made sure we had extra ones and the beds were actually made that day. The gentleman who worked the desk was beyond surly and rude. We were told they didn’t have a printer to use and two of my companions couldn’t print out their boarding passes. They were, however, able to print out our hotel bill! Hard pass!!!

Not worth staying. Staff was uninformed and generally “bothered” by requests. Linens were not changed when asked. Air conditioning was either too hot or too cold, and couldn’t be set to a comfortable temperature. Our room was entered every day, but only to empty trash cans. Dirty towels were not replaced. Items from a previous guest were in a desk drawer.

They change me three times from room to room , first room just one bed after I pay for two, second room no sheets no pillow third room disgusting and 4 room never air condition work in the entire stay , bathroom door damage could close and when close could open , breakfast first day eggs bread second day just bread . Manager very rude .. the worse experience ever contacted 4 times hotels.com they didn’t even give any refund

The bathtub was leaking and the restroom overall could be much better. Furthermore, breakfast was removed at 9 am despite them telling me that it would be removed at 10 am. Overall, I did not have a particularly good experience here.

Room that was booked wasn't available. Was given an alleged upgrade. Towels were never replaced. Shower did not work. Had to wipe feet off after walking across the floor. In general was highly disappointed.
