Great Experience and located right off expressway. Went down to front desk to speak with guest services on 2 different occasions and there wasn't anyone to assist.

Disappointed for 5 days

Pros: nothing
Cons: cleanliness of the pool area and water food area
Location: in actuality there was nothing to do in the area...
1- we arrived and they were not serving dinner 2- I had to pay for my coffee which in the Marriott in Orlando its complementary 3- no one at the pool which was ok with me, but they had no towels I had to go ask the girl in the front for some 4- I left the towels in the lounge chair and when i went back to the pool the next morning the same towels were still at the chair 5- the pool was filled with dirt I would never go back

I apologize for missing so many oppurtunites for you to enjoy your stay. I will review your comments with our staff as it relates to issues you came across at the pool. The Courtyard hotels do provid complimentary coffe in the guest rooms, but not in the lobby area. Thank you for your candid remarks

We reserved a room with two queen beds. When we arrived the only beds available were full size. I don't understand what happened to my reservation and staff couldn't explain it either. Nothing was done to compensate me either

You get what you pay for.

Pros: The lobby is great and the computers and printers are convenient.
Cons: The room AC units.
Location: Its very close to the mall and a small area of local shops. Its additionally right off of 95. It is not walking distance however.
The hotel is okay. The facilities are basic. Parking isn't ideal for ease of entrance with luggage and the elevators are dated and small. The lobby is great and the computers and printers are convenient but their is nothing really special about the property other than its convenient location and low price. The AC units in the hotel are dated and I had to change rooms due to my initial room not having a unit that functioned properly. Overall, simply an average hotel. If in a bind and need somewhere to stay for a night, this works but for a vacation spend the extra 20$ a night and stay at a nicer property.

Everything and everyone at the hotel were very nice. I especially liked the breakfast choices

Good hotel for the money

Was there with my wife to visit inlaws. Hotel is close to highway, restaurants, shops, and fairly close to Deerfield beach. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed and pillow. Helpful staff.

Cons: Too much to write
Location: good location off of Glades Road
There was food in the mini fridge from the past guest. there was probably less than 2 ft to walk in between the bed and the closet. Cramped. My room was right next to the ice machine that had no ice so I listened to people banging on the ice machine all evening because no ice would come out. Sheets were stained
