Pros: Location
Location: That is a great location, very good restaurants.. close to Mall...
They need to use less chlorine, when they clean the rooms, there was a very heavy chlorine smell in the room...and the room temperature was so low... and we felt humidity with the cold and chlorine smell.....

Although we do not use bleach in the rooms I will check with the associate who cleaned your room and ensure they are using the proper mixture of chemicals and perhaps not usingso much. Great Experience and located right off expressway. Went down to front desk to speak with guest services on 2 different occasions and there wasn't anyone to assist.

Pros: nothing
Cons: cleanliness of the pool area and water food area
Location: in actuality there was nothing to do in the area...
1- we arrived and they were not serving dinner 2- I had to pay for my coffee which in the Marriott in Orlando its complementary 3- no one at the pool which was ok with me, but they had no towels I had to go ask the girl in the front for some 4- I left the towels in the lounge chair and when i went back to the pool the next morning the same towels were still at the chair 5- the pool was filled with dirt I would never go back

I apologize for missing so many oppurtunites for you to enjoy your stay. I will review your comments with our staff as it relates to issues you came across at the pool. The Courtyard hotels do provid complimentary coffe in the guest rooms, but not in the lobby area. Thank you for your candid remarks

We enjoyed our stay very much!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. The 24 hr Market Place that had snacks, food, beverages was way over priced, worse than an airport. No room (food) service. Those were really the only 2 down sides to the stay. Overall, it was a great stay.

Convenient location, reasonably good

Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff helpful. The room was smallish. I found the bed to be uncomfortable, and the mattress was somewhat furrowed. When the person at the front desk asked me how my stay was (a plus for them) I mentioned the bed, and she said the mattresses had been replaced only a year ago. Obviously an equipment upgrade is in order then. The hotel us very conveniently located, only a block from I-95, and within blocks there are an enormous number of restaurants,a shopping mall, and numerous stores.

Thank you for your comment regarding your bed not being comfortable.. I will check the room you were in to be sure we are rotating the matteress as we did just purchase all new beds in July 2103. We will be changing the box springs in the near futre as well. Thank you again for the candid feedback.

We reserved a room with two queen beds. When we arrived the only beds available were full size. I don't understand what happened to my reservation and staff couldn't explain it either. Nothing was done to compensate me either
