“Gret place to stay”

No complaints, staff very helpful, gave great advice for my first stay there as to where good places to go were. Will stay there again on next trip.

Better beaches down the coast, but a short and pretty drive along the beach.

sketchy neighborhood, this is a very old Holiday Inn, they have tried to remodel it, should really have torn it down and started from scratch. Not Marriott standards! The Hampton is better by far

“Just Your Average”

Hollywood isn't that far away and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is there which offers a good time. So you can stay at an inexpensive, yet nice hotel (Courtyard) and still have a great night out in Hollywood. 4 nights at the Courtyard was the same price as 1 night at the Hard Rock.

Right across from the hotel is a Chinese restaurant named Pei Wei which offers great food at a reasonable price.

“Had a great stay; no safe in the room though”

I was there for 4 nights, and the experience was great. Everything was very well maintained, and the staff was friendly. The only thing missing was a safe -- this is a big deal as virtually everyone brings something of value with them -- whether an iPad, Laptop, or jewelry. We packed all our valuables, took it with us everywhere -- called it the "Football". Would have preferred a safe.

“Ac Balance”

The room was overall exceptional. the only problem we had was with the ac....it's not balanced very well...it stay's on for abaout 15 minutes and it's cold, then off for 15 and its hot, then back on 15 then off, it should maintain a steady temperature

“Very Friendly Staff”

The hotel is in the center of all shopping and restaurants. Every staff member greeted you with a "hello/good morning" as you walked past. It was a great stay.

“Very nice suprise. Great, clean, updated hotel!”

With two young children my biggest fear of hotels is "cleanliness". I was very suprised at how clean the beds, mattress and sheets were. The hotel & room was recently updates. The staff was very friendly. The ony complaint I would have is that the soap tray in the shower is in an odd place and both myself and my husband hit our heads getting/putting something in the corner of the tub. The air conditioner was a tad bit loud but bearable. We would stay here again!

Area recommendations

All of the coast.. beautiful houses & beautiful beaches. Delray was fantastic. Great strip, lots of things to do & places to eat.
