Bad service and a smelly room

There was not enough staff and had to wait to be checked in while agent answered phones etc. a cleaning lady took the elevator with her cart before letting me use it. The room smelled very musty, like a locker room.

good location

Pros: location and proximity to main interstate (I-95)
Cons: house keeping and from desk responding to calls
hotel was pleasant. Room service was not. Had to wait until late afternoon to have our room cleaned

Nice hotel

Pros: Loved the fact that I didn't have to go anywhere to get my mocha or latte in the morning :)
It was a nice hotel. Friendly staff, and a comfortable bed.

We had a confirmation for 2 rooms- yet the hotel did not have it on their end. But hotel staff worked with us and we got 2 rooms.

It's been very rewarding...and quite an awesome experience. We really have a great time overall. We're looking forward coming back to West Palm Beach. It's fun and a blessing to share the love with our family on this holiday season.

Run down and over priced

The hotel was dirty, old, and had cold colors. There was hair in the bathroom and dust built up on the carpet. The room felt very dark and the furniture was cheap an dated. Further, the shower/bathtub was the smallest shower/bathtub I have ever seen and the shower walls and curtain were stained/dirty. The staff was consistently unpleasant, bordering on rude. The only nice part of the hotel was the lovely courtyard. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros: Location to my customer
Cons: Just updating rooms would be a good idea. You can only paint so much.
This property was just okay. Needs updating and you can tell. Heard the people upstairs moving around, noise from the hall.
