“A hidden gem”

Great value for the $. Check in was a breeze. I requested upper level with a garden view. Staff, cleanliness of room, breakfast, pool, and condition of hotel were great. I would definitely go back there!

Had to be near downtown and did not want to spend too much. Wanted a high rate of return and got it. Super comfy beds and well cleaned rooms. Had to dash early but with the free Wi-Fi was able to get my work done and go, go, go.

We stayed here one night while we were waiting to go to our Time Share. The location wasn't far from the airport, and was perfect for what we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. As always, there is complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning.

“Good Place to Stay”

This hotel was very nice, but they are reconstructing the roof. This meant that a good portion of their parking spaces were taken up by construction equipment. When I came in at midnight, I had to park on the other side of the hotel because the lot was nearly full. Otherwise, the bed was soft, the room was clean (except for something gritty in the shower floor), and the service was good. If I need to stay in West Palm again, it will probably be where I check first.

This was my first visit to West Palm. The area is quiet and clean. The room accomodated my need for workspace, internet access and an eating area. The bed was so soft, I just melted away after a long day. I had quick access to and from my car, which was great when I had alot of luggage. Overall it was a nice experience and I will be back.
