Nice location by oceanPosted Mar 24, 2015
Location: Outstanding dining in the immediate area.
Finished a four night stay in this property. Solid staff and nice overall property. We had a rental car and used the daily valet parking service. Very efficient staff kept things moving in the hectic paced driveway. Parking is at an extreme premium in this town. Turn down service at night. Free coffee in front of the restaurant. Nice pool but the weather was too hot for it. Directly across from the public beach. Great restaurants in easy walking distance. We'll maintained grounds. Free internet.

Close to the beach .Posted Mar 22, 2015
This hotel is run down and in serious need of upgrading all facilities and improving staff. Attitude and service was unacceptable in all areas.

Lovely hotel across from the beachPosted Mar 22, 2015
Wonderful meals friendly staff great location only negatives are smelly old elevators and small bathrooms. But this hotel has an old Spanish feel and I was very comfortable staying here. Pool was clean and warm with excellent drinkservice and snacks.

Pros: The lobby was quieter than my room
Cons: There should not be a room so close to the public parking lot as to violate a guest's privacy
Location: We did not stay
We paid $400.00 for one night and the room was on the second floor overlooking the parking lot. We had to keep our shades shut tight because people walking in the 'public parking lot" were actually able to look into our room. There was tremendous noise outside our room coming from the parking lot. We left the hotel at 7 p.m after three hours in the room. I will never use expedia again and plan on letting as many people I know about the experience. I was told by the staff that there were no other rooms available when I checked in. I feel so cheated.

Beautiful luxurious beach hotel!!Posted Mar 2, 2015
Cons: Starbucks in the lobby
Location: Cute downtown Delray Beach with many great restaurants and shops....beautiful beach!
Great get-a-way for the East Coast winter months! Delray Beach has some great food/nightlife. Beautiful homes along A1A and beautiful weather (in the winter)

GreedyPosted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Location, very pretty interior
Cons: Guest experience, Greed is not always good especially in the hospitality industry
Location: Beach, good food, nightlife, location is great
So we paid about $375 a night for a hotel that was mediocre at best. Overall the hotel has a nice appearance, but the place seems like it tries to rip you off at every chance it gets and is more worried about people stealing a $2 towel than making sure that everyone has a great experience and leaves happy. I feel that $15 for overnight parking is downright theft. All I know is that I paid $300/night in West Palm Beach for a hotel on the beach with free parking and had a blast. In all, there are much better hotels...spend your money elsewhere.

Large hotel facing the beachPosted Feb 12, 2015
Pros: Location and friendliness of staff.
Cons: Bathroom needs hooks and shelves. Bedroom needs table, reading light and a decent radio.
Location: The beach is across the street, and cruises along the Inland Waterway begin nearby/
I have stayed at this hotel before, so was somewhat surprised to find it both (a) very expensive and (b) a bit shabby. I'm sure the price had to do with it being high season, but that does not excuse the lack of some basic amenities. The room was large and clean, but did not have a decent reading light or a table for room service. The bathroom was even more problematic. It had plenty of space, but no hooks or shelves for hanging clothes or putting "stuff." On the other hand, room service was wonderful, and of course the location is great.

Pros: Main level and breakfast was good.
Rooms need to be renovated. First gavel us nice room with view of air co vents. Second room for same price was so much smaller and view wasn't that good.
