When I got to the hotel, I was surprised to have to pay for parking as they have their own parking lot! Additionally, when I got to my room the door was held open by the security feature; I was a little nervous to enter, but did so. Did not realize until the next morning there were no towels in the room. Not super clean either; no blanket on bed, just thin coverlet. The second night I asked for a blanket; it took over an hour and 2 phone calls to get one. The blanket I got was cheap and scratchy. Window air conditioner ran all night.

Not a very clean, very disappointed
Our stay was ok, it could have been better. VERY Strong smell of marijuana & visible smoke in hallways. Human hair ball sitting on lower shelf of night stand and stained sheets. The waiter who was also the bartender, cashier and bussing tables in the busy restaurant was very pleasant despite him being so busy. He needed help. The shuttle guy's were so helpful and nice to talk with.

Staff was very nice at the desk. The room had a weird smell to it. The shower had nowhere to set any of your soaps so you had to place them on the ground. Could be inconvenient if you have a hard time bending down as there is nowhere to place it really outside the shower either that you can reach. Bathroom is very small. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the room never got too hot at night.

I was billed twice / Once by Expedia and then by Hotel / When I called the hotel, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and no ever returned / When Intry to call Expedia, you do not have your telephone number readily available and you force everyone to use email / Therefore, after spending a better part of 40 minutes trying to reach either organization, my issue is still unresolved
