“Excellent hotel”

Excellent value. Free parking and a full excellent breakfast. Hotel was clean and inviting to stay in.

We had made an error in our reservation date and the staff went out of their way to help us to correct the situation even though the hotel was full. They were extremely nice in helping us contact Expedia and re-booking us with the correct date at the same rate we had pre-paid. We had to take a smoking room for the first night because that was the only type available. However, the next day our luggage was moved into a non-smoking room. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found this extremely convenient due to our busy schedule. We would definitely use Embassy Suites again after this delightful experience.

Second time staying at this location. This time just as good as the first time. Everyone (employees) fantastic to many to list. I am happy that Expedia showen me reviews the first time so I chose this hotel rather than another.

Great Place to stay.. We have stayed at this hotel several times,and will return again several times. Great location just off I 95.

Overall, a great experience. Minor issues: double bed mattress in our room had a dip in the middle; dusty plants in the dining area; elevator buttons burned out; outside area by pool nice but not great; lousy coffee at breakfast (better coffee in the room). Friendly staff, attentive to your needs. Excellent breakfast overall.

Once again, this hotel did not disappoint! Even arriving at 2:00am we were treated with a smile and a warm greeting at check-in. Breakfast was terrific (and we're not morning people), although I did take notice that the dining room staff was a bit quiet this year. New faces, but not many smiles. We will be back next year though. We love the 1/2 shaded pool!

“Great for non sunworshipers”

We found eveything to our satisfaction except the pool area. There just isn't enough sunny spots for guest to sit in. The area seems to be blocked off because of the other buildings. Other than that the staff,food,rooms and everything else was great.
