rundown and dirtyPosted Feb 27, 2014
Cons: needs total rehab and a better client service attitude instead of being run by some remote bean counter!!!!!!
Location: very good
Mgt must be milking this property for max cashflow as repairs have been badly deferred and the place is dirty everywhere. The kitchen used to prepare the unsatisfactory breakfast is absolutely filthy. saw it after eating!!! The breakfast was el cheapo all around as well. You might save a few bucks but it's not worth it it. stay somewhere else/. I do not remember staying in a name brand hotel that was in such all around bad shape. No excuse for the dirt everywhere.

Hotel appears shabby and being allowed to run downPosted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: Location, pool area, and room size and layout
Cons: general refurbishment
Location: Location was just where I wanted to be.
The WiFi service would not reach my room. The sliding doors were very noisy. The manager was not on the premises when needed and i had to wait over an hour to meet with him. The clerk on duty was not able to help me.

Clean but dated hotelPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The staff friendliness and price.
Cons: It needs serious updating.
Location: Adjacent to I-95. Not convenient to beach but close to shopping if you have a car.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is showing it age - carpet needs cleaning, furniture in my suite was dirty and desperately need cleaning. The location is convenient to shopping but not much else. The free breakfast had very limited options.

Older property, needs some TLCPosted Feb 23, 2014
Location: Very close to the Tri-Rail station, but for anything else an automobile is essential: there is very little within easy walking distance.
Basic accommodation; the staff tried hard, but the property itself needs some upgrades. Best part about the place is the pool. Breakfast was minimal, but (for a budget hotel) adequate.

Great deal for the moneyPosted Feb 22, 2014
Pros: Value, staff, comfort.
Cons: It could probably use a remodel, but if that happened the price would probably go up considerably without making any appreciable difference to me.
Location: Near interstate and pretty convenient. Since folks in Boca mostly eat dinner around 4 p.m. I'm guessing, the restaurants close at 9 p.m., so be warned
At a time when so-so chain properties were going for around $200 in Boca, I was able to get Guest Suites for $100, including free breakfast. While the property may be a little past its prime, it's not dirty, rundown or deficient in any way. Pool was well kept and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend and will repeat if I'm back in Boca.

A dump.Posted Feb 20, 2014
Cons: Complete renovation or just a good scrubbing.
This hotel came up as a 'DoubleTree' under Trivago so I thought I would be safe with the reservation. After payment, it turned out to be Guest Suites. Apparently, they purchased it about 5 years ago from Hilton and haven't put back a dime into maintaining the property.

DisappointingPosted Jan 22, 2014
Pros: Great location
Reserved three rooms for family occasion. Had confirmation number and ID but check-in was a real hassle because the person that made reservations was not present. Not worth the few bucks you may save…. Stick with a national change you can trust……

Cheap hotel in need of a good scrub downPosted Jan 18, 2014
Pros: Price and beds
Cons: Clean, paint, clean, clean, clean.
Dirty with serious deferred maintenance. Beds comfortable but that was the only plus. I really didnt want my children touching the floors or furniture.

Would not go there againPosted Jan 16, 2014
Pros: The pool looked nice and clean
Cons: Thr carpet, air conditioning noise, in room wifi
Location: Not sure-was there on business
The room was spacious with 2 televisions. Ate shower area had been updated. however, this place is run down, old furniture and. Aspects. the motor for the air conditioner was so loud that it woke me every time it cycled on! No one at the front desk knew the code to connect to the promised in room wifi. the rooms are along an external corridor, which made it feel less safe. Also, the suites are located opposite the Embassy Suites which looks much much nicer. One of the reasons I had chosen these suites was because of the free breakfast. The coffee was unsinkable, and the apple I took back to my room mealy and brown inside. While the price was right, I would be willing to spend more next time for a better place.
