With taxes and fees the room cost close to $400 per night. The refrigerator did not work, probably because the freezer compartment was a solid block of ice. The bathroom floor was slightly sticky and grimy, and there was no night light. We called the desk to ask for the shuttle to pick us up at a rental car facility, and it took them 45 minutes to arrive. The driver told us he had just gotten the message to come get us minutes before--in other words, nobody bothered to ask him to get us when we first requested the pick up. Apparently, we had to call three times before they actually bothered to act on our request. All in all, this place is not worth what they are charging.

We’ve stayed here 2 times for a conference. The first time we had a huge issue that was never addressed by the hotel. However we returned with the conference and this time was better but not perfect.

I loved this hotel. Beautiful property. It was very nice and the staff was wonderful. They have a restaurant in hotel that is very good. It is close to the airport with out being in the airport. Great if you have rented a car.

Rude staff. Nasty rooms. Nasty bathroom. Hotel seems old… like a motel 6. Cold as hell. After asking many times, I was finally moved to another room. It took someone from the staff to come to the room to feel how cold it was. Food was burnt and expensive. I want a refund. I can keep going. The worst stay I’ve ever had actually

Property was nicely kept and clean. Staff was mostly courteous and accommodating. Rooms are tired and in need of some repair but clean. Comfortable beds/pillows. No microwave in room, which is odd these days. Overall, fine for what we needed.
