Reserved 2 queen bed room. At registration the guy at the desk appeared new want sure how to work computer to search reservation, so what seemed to be a manager came out of the back and helped him. There was nobody else in line and took about 25 minutes to get room key, also on the paperwork it said 2 double beds. I let him know double beds are smaller than queens and the manager said not in hotels they are the same. Now i carry a tape measure in my truck i checked 54", the next night stayed at different hotel with queen beds measured and sure enough 60". Just supply the service that was paid for, don't make up info just to get someone to quit talking. Disappointing stay.

There was no elevator. My shower did not drain properly. Handle for door lock was missing. Many of the breakfast food options were gone by 9:00 a.m.

The hotel and staff were good, but they are really stingy with the TV channels. They didnt even have basic cable.

On a 7 night stay, we didn’t get housekeeping until day 4 despite talking to 3 staff that made note to ensure it happened when it was missed. Additionally let the virtual attendant know. Despite all of this, housekeeping was still missed. Bathroom did not have a fan so it became extremely moist with even the quickest shower. Some staff were helpful, others were rude and short despite us being pleasant the entire time. The facility had an air of just being poorly managed in general. Location was great for our event, but wouldn’t recommend staying unless it’s just for a single night stopover.

Nice, reasonably priced hotel
The hotel is in good condition and we appreciated the hot breakfast options. Our only complaint is that we were in the part of the hotel that didn’t have an elevator and we had a lot of luggage. Fortunately someone of the hotel helped us carry things up.

Beds were comfy, keurig machine was nice.The complimentary iron and board came in handy. The pool looked nice but we didn't go in. The biggest negative was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Hotel was clean, very poor water pressure. Breakfast was a joke biscuits were frozen, cinnamon rolls were hot on edge but frozen in middle, all the juices were warm. The lady “working” self serve buffet was very rude and yelled at people

The A/C unit was malfunctioning….The idea to stay the night was to sleep after the event I had last night and drive fresh to Miami…so waking up every hour and checking out before 9 am can describe my experience? Besides the A/C my room was very uncomfortable…i checked in at 4 pm took a shower…and went to work …I got back around 2 am and I couldn’t sleep…I was in contact with the front desk since around 5 am… I feel really bad because they do their best but the property issues are not their fault…
