great area, garbage room

Don't stay here if you can stay else ware. The hotel looks great from the outside, the rooms are poorly maintained. Not worth any price.

We needed a reasonably priced place just for one night. Purchased our one night stay through Expedia. At first when we arrived I was concerned that I made a huge mistake in booking this hotel, however when we stepped through the doors, the inside looks nothing like the outside. It definitely was not the Ritz, but the inside was bright, clean, and welcoming. A basket of chocolate chip cookies greeted us which was a nice touch. The room included all the basics and could use updating but was comfortable and clean enough for our overnight stay. The breakfast buffet complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, oatmeal, bananas, cereals, juices, milk and coffee was a happy surprise! It made our overnight stay so much more worth it. If we need another overnight stay, we will be looking into this place again!

Unsatisfying

Pros: There is not much to like !!
Cons: The Bath room for sure not clean enough no bags in the dust bin at all!!
Location: Not Much!!
The Clint service was fair the front desk secretarial assistant was very expeditious!!

Clean, but very hard bed

Inside of the hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was very nice but the bed was very hard. Outside of the building was pretty dingy and its not the best area for doing things.

Hotel was fine Expedia reservation was not!

Reserved room through Expedia. Confirmed room had 2 Dbl beds plus a sofa bed for son's room-mate. Upon arrival Hotel clarified throughout their hotel there were no rooms in that configuration. We were checking in late and did not want any further issues but the hotel brought in a rolling bed which meant we were stepping on each other throughout the stay. Would stay again but will NOT ever use EXPEDIA again !!!

Boca Holiday inn

Hotel needed a refresh, Bathroom sink was very close to the floor which made washing up interesting, staff was nice, breakfast food ok. Glad it was not expensive, good shopping a the location.

Looks are deceiving

From the outside, this HI express doesn't look so good. But the rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very surprised. For Florida, would have liked a pool....but, oh well! Great value for the price.
