“good hotel...”

It's a good hotel if you have car and don't need "amenities" (such restaurants, swimming pool, entertainment, etc.) on site. Rooms have convenient kitchenette witch for me works better then restaurant (but it's my personal preference). It's basically a nice place to sleep away from home for a few days (or as long as needed) on a personal or business trip.

“Difficult to find”

Near I95 exit. Need better directions.

“Good and quiet place to stay”

The place is quiet and lets you have some good sleep and wake up with a great lake view.

“Comfy, great location for Delray Beach tennis”

Room was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen but had only one pot and one pan for cooking. King bed had standard size blanket which was too small. Excellent AC unit for both cooling and heating. For pleasant view and quieter location request a lakeside room. Well lit parking and exterior walkways.

“great for the money”

Descent hotel. for the money, I couldn't beat it. I was only there one night, but if in the area again, would definately stay again

“It was fine for our purposes”

The amenities were non existent but for us it was just a place to sleep and it was quiet and comfortable.

“Non smoking room smelled like smoke”

The people at the hotel were really nice; however, I was extremely disappointed about my room. We chose a non smoking room as both my husband and myself have allergies and also hate the smell of smoke. The smell was so strong that my husband couldn't sleep and had to leave the hotel room in the middle of the night just to get fresh air.

“N/A”

The bed was uncomfortable, and the lights came out around 7 pm as I was getting ready myself for a night out. Called the front desk to report it, but there was a sense of carelessness because the holidays.

“Frustrating”

We had requested a non-smoking room, and technically that's what we got, but someone had smoked in it. The staff was nice enough to move us and upgrade us to a 2-room suite. There were no linens in the room for the pull-out couch. And there were not enough pillows. We went to the office for the linens and they had no more pillows (they did eventually find one and gave it to my husband when he went back later for soap, which wasn't in the room). Also, there was coffee, but no coffee pot. The room was clean and quiet, but we had to chase down the basics.

“Poor Service”

The negative experience strated at check in. Even though the front desk agent was polite, it took more than 40 minutes before I was checked in. with only 2 people in from of me. The pull out sofa bed did not have the proper linen and the current bed in the room had dirty linen.
