Hyatt Place Delray Beach

The hotel was very nice and new and the staff was helpful and friendly. As a woman staying there alone, I always felt safe and comfortable.

Majority of the staff was very friendly and respectful. The hotel/room itself was very clean, hospitable and inviting, including the pool and gym. They were very pet friendly. Although they need to be more clear about their policy on dogs in the public/dining/waiting/pool/gym areas of the hotel. 3 out of the 4 days no one complained about my dog sitting quietly by my side while I was having breakfast. On the last day one manager comes up to me and says "dogs are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel". Although I felt like questioning his motives and their actually policy, I let it slide given I was checking out in a few hours and did not want to spoil my day arguing with him. The breakfast itself was very sumptuous, with a wide selection of egg/biscuit sandwiches, juices, cereals, and fruits. Although, it was the same menu every day of the week, which got a little bit monotonous, never the less very tasty. So, overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. This hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Our time at the hotel was perfect. The staff was very accomodating and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was quite good. I only wish they served a little bit later on the weekends. The bartender was lovely. She told us about all the grear places to eat and bars to hang out. We ended the night by having our daily nightcap with her and listened to a wonderful guitar player and singer. All in all, we will be back!

Was really pleased with this hotel. It is conveniently tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantic Avenue but near enough to walk to it. It is well placed as it is in the middle of Delray and everything was easily accessable. Would definately stay again and would highly recommend. The only downside was that the Amtrak comes through Delray during the night and would insist in useing their horn, luckily there are only a couple of trains. My only other gripe was that sometimes the room would not be cleaned until late afternoon so this could at times be inconvenient.

Enjoyed the jazz sax player in the evening and the excellent complementary breakfast. Helpful staff provided restaurant suggestions and a pass for parking.

nice new, close in town, good location, quiet, nice breakfast, weight room convenient, pool was not clear, looked cloudy and mirky. Not great for kids. No shade trees and only 2 umbrellas.

We absolutely loved. Will absolutely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Very close to the beach, great restaurants and shops and not one complaint with hotel!

Great staff and customer service, comfortable and homey. Will come back.

We had a nice relaxing time in a great location! The only reason I gave a 4 for comfort was the bed was a bit soft for my husband.
