Cons: Our king room was sold out so we had to have a room with two double beds. They didnt do anything to try to accommodate us.
Location: Great location with tons of shopping and local resturants near by.
We have stayed at this hotel before and my husband and I even got married there, so I knew what to expect and as usual they didnt dissapoint.

Perfect relaxing getaway
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Pros: Pool, decor, staff, golf and tennis facilities, gym, room size and style
Cons: 18% tip included on EVERYTHING
Location: Surrounded by lots and great restaurants and shopping but not much in the way of actual nightlife
The remodel of the hotel turned out completely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have a hip feel now. The lobby bar is a great place day and night to grab a drink and watch on this occasion the Masters. The courses are lovely, tennis courts terrific and gym beautiful. Will have to say favorite though was the gorgeous pool! Spacious, could always get a seat and had drinks and food just a few feet away from pool. All in all would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation getaway.

Northern Attitudes Abound

Room had a smell. The fridge had a broken foot and tumbled out of the cabinet when the door was opened. Pool ran out of towels. Rude bellman and pool attendents.

Pros: Car valet
Cons: Most everything else
Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I had requested adjoining rooms (one for the adults and the other for my teenage boys) with a king in one and two doubles in the other. I confirmed the availability with the hotel the day before. When we arrived to check in, not only were the rooms in seperate parts of the hotel neither room had a king size bed. When I mentioned that I had submitted my requests when I booked and confirmed the prior day, I received a shoulder shrug from the woman at the front desk. I checked on some of the amenities (golf lessons) with the conscierge who sent me to the pro shop where they simply gave me business cards - I ended up finding the factilities on my own. The only people I would recommend would be the valet who were quick, helpful and friendly.

I was charged a "resort fee: and Valet charges. The total was $50 per day. The resort fee was never disclosed and I hate golf so I think that was a rip off

Great place. Very reasonable and service was good. If you are a family of 5 beware of cottages that is were they tried to put us and they haven't been renovated. Great restaurants nearby. A little crowded, we had to fight for pool space. My kids loved it. Plenty of golf and pool time.
