“Run down, tacky”
Right off the bat, the experience was poor because you ave to drive in a big circle around several blocks in a poorly signed industrial area to get to the hotel. Long wait at the front desk. No bottled water left in the inventory at the front desk. Threadbare carpeting, smelly coffeemaker. Parking was awful, I needed to park 100 yards from our building. Dragging luggage to the room was a chore, the room is in the back Adding to the already long task. The coffee and the food at the breakfast were gross - my wife called it the "mess hall." The onlybreason I rated it "2" was because it was cheap.
“Boca Raton Residence Inn”
Finding the place was quite difficult. It was located behind another hotel in an office park complex and my GPS kept telling me I had arrived at my destination. I had to drive around to find it. Luckily I saw a picture of what the Units looked like from the outside on the internet and was able to recognize it once I drove around. My Unit faced the back which was a bit noisy (near ramp to freeway). I could hear motorcycles and other vehicles accelerate as they entered I-95. I was also in a downstairs Unit and could hear walking around in the Unit above me and the refrigerator was quite noisy. The rest of the experience was quite pleasant. It seemed clean and the bedding was quite comfortable. Overall...a good two night stay.

“great service and location”
My daughter,son in law and two little girls met us in Boca Raton for a week. We were all pleased with the service at the hotel and also the daily full breakfast that was provided. During our stay we also had the opportunity to have two dinners provided free of cost. The food was excellent and the service was great. The personel at the desk were always helpful in printing out directions to different beaches and place we wanted to go. We also liked the closeness of the different beaches. We loved being able to choose a different one each day. We would definately stay at a Marriot Residence Inn again.
“Not a good choice!”
The breakfast was not full as described. We got to breakfast before 9am daily and the eggs were always finished, as well the fruit, yogurt and muffins. Breakfast was to be served until 9:30 am. Room smelled and was not clean.

“Pretty good”
Breakfast was great...the waffles were a hit with everyone...and there were lots of different options. We also enjoyed the pool. Some of our family members weren't expecting to enter the rooms from outside and stated that it was kind of a motel type feel because of this and somewhat unsafe feeling. I personally however loved the feeling of seclusion and not having to wait on an elevator to get to my room or walking through a long hallway. I also liked being close enough to our family members staying there yet not having them be in the room next door...the hotel room felt very private.

Excellent hotel , immaculate premises& room... Helpful, kind and friendly staff..
“Positive Experience”
Well located just off I95, but no noise problems. Stayed there over a weekend and there was no crownd and we thought we had a private pool. Too bad the weather was not perfect, but still used either the pool or the suana that was at the base of our stairs. Breakfasts were more than adequate.
