“Great Location, Great Hotel”

I saw this hotel was only a 3 star hotel but it felt close to a 4 star. Very clean and comfortable rooms. One block from the beach. Close to nice restaurants and shops.

“Great place to stay in Delray Beach”

This hotel was great. The complimentary breakfast each morning was better than we expected and a great way to start the day. Loved walking the blvd each morning and evening. Just wish our room had a balcony but we liked everything else about our room including the separate living room and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great Location Pet Friendly Hotel in Delray Beach”

Good hotel for the value. Very clean good location and best of all they are pet friendly. I will be going back to this hotel the next time I visit friends in Delray Beach.

Downtown Delray Beach- Atlantic Ave. A lot of quality restaurants, bars and nightlife.

“Good location”

Good location. Walking distance to things we wanted. Slight problem with toilet tank not filling, took to days to get it working correctly. The facility was great other than that.

“Location, location, location!”

We stayed here for a week last May on an SCUBA vacation. The staff was great and hotel was in good condition. The location was great for us, only 15 minutes by car to get to our dive boat. Each night we were able to find someplace different to eat and all within walking distance. Also, if you like the beach it is just a five minute walk. My only complaint would be with rude people at breakfast time taking up several tables to chit chat after their meal while other circled around to find somewhere to eat. Most days I just made two trips up to our room and back with breakfast and ate there. I would've liked to have seen staff ask people who were done eating to be courteous of those who hadn't yet. Overall it was a great stay and I would do so again.

“GREAT TIME!”

This hotel was clean and we all had a great time. Buffet breakfast was great. The pool area was very nice and water temperature was great. We watched the Fourth of July fireworks from our balcony which was awesome. Would definately stay here again.

“Everything I Expected”

I stayed for one night at this property and it met my expectations. The room was a good size clean and I had a beach view from my window. I particularly liked the complimentary microwave popcorn since I was hungry but didn't want to go out or order since it was late. I thought the location was outstanding 2 blocks from the beach which was clean with a fabulous shoreline great for a morning walk. I would stay in this property again without a doubt and suggest it to anyone visiting the area.

“Nice and would go back”

we had stayed at the hotel before and knew what to expect but the room we got was not as nice as we had at Christmas....it was much smaller...do not accept a Queen bed go for the King....our neighbors were noisy!!

“Expensive, but well worth it.”

We don't stay in hotels that often, but when we do, I get fussy. I REALLY like a balcony and I like a high floor preferably with a view. Nichole, the manager, noted the request on my Expedia account when I called the day before arrival but said that "we're at capacity, I'll see what I can do". There was a festival in town. She pulled it off and I got a room on the 9th (of 11) floor. The room had a view of both the ocean AND a busy intersection in Del Ray for people watching. This was one of the best rooms I've ever had in a 3-4 star hotel. The balcony was roomy and private. The bedroom had a flat screen that pulled out and rotated for perfect bed viewing. The digital TV service was good. Plenty of pillows, often a gripe I have. Kitchen was excellent with everything provided and is a decent size. Bathroom had a large glass enclosed, marble shower with a "rain shower" head. This was a fairly large hotel room, more like a small condo. Very impressed. Breakfast was adequate, that's fine. Overall the property was attractive and enjoyable. My "Quality of Hotel Service" is a "4" because of really slow WiFI. Anything I tried to research on the IPad was painfully slow. Also, you had to endure a log-on procedure that was annoying. I guess it was to keep non-residents out. WiFI aside, it was a very enjoyable stay and worth the expense.

Del Ray is beautiful and comfortable. Incredibly clean with excellent roads and detailed signage. five minutes from I-95, US 1. We rented a 21' power boat in Boynton Beach just 10 minutes away and enjoyed four hours on the ICW. Excellent dining and shopping throughout the area.
