Hotel close to nothingPosted Mar 18, 2015
Unfriendly breakfast staff and really below average items offered compared to other hotels & other residence inns! Stayed for 10 days through Expedia & couldn't wait to leave.

Good choice for the travelling familyPosted Feb 17, 2015 on Hotels.com
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was set up well for my family, as we were travelling with a 7 month old. The only suggestion would be to clean the ceiling by the a.c vents, as there was visible dust stuck to the ceiling where the air blows out. Breakfast was good and convenient. In all, it was a good hotel, at a good price, in a convenient location with a friendly staff.

Raggy Monster New Years Eve ShowPosted Jan 6, 2015 on Hotels.com
Stayed because it's pet friendly and I suspect Marriott uses it's older properties for that, so I am trying to cut it some slack. However, restroom in lobby area (first impression) was unclean (to say the least) and the room was similarly unclean in places that were not right on surface. (For example, shower looked fine, until you turn the faucet handle, exposing crud on the bottom side.) I don't say this to suggest it's not worth a stay, especially if you need to bring a pet, but only because the hotel needs to know that small things would make a big improvement. On the plus side, the room is huge and comfy. Price was ok, but being New Year's Eve, hard to judge. Also, had we not checked, we would not have noticed that the windows were not securely locked, and the hotel is in Riviera Beach (which means, uhhhmmm... you need to lock the windows).

Clean, spacious, well kept.Posted Jan 5, 2015 on Hotels.com
Stayed over the holidays with my husband and little boy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room they gave us was on the first floor so everything was very easily accessible. The room itself was clean, spotless even, and all the facilities worked. The pool area was nice, even though it was fairly small. We had it to ourselves most of the time, though. Hint: take your own towels to the poolside, the ones they hand out are the size of stamps! ;) The kitchen inside the room was well equipped and clean. Our son slept on the pull out sofa, which was very nice and comfy for him. One small minus has to be given about the breakfast. Being a basic hotel breakfast I still do expect the items to be fresh. I complained to the breakfast staff three days in a row that the skimmed milk they are serving is sour. After that I just quit trying the skimmed milk. A hint: the milk does NOT stay fresh inside a thermos container that is put in ice - it needs to be refrigerated, not ISOLATED from the cold! Also they kept running out of yogurt. It is a pet friendly hotel, which I did not realize when booking, but this was not an issue for us. Locationwise very good. A very short drive to basic chain restaurants, walmart etc. About 10minutes to WP-outlet stores and Target, 15-20minutes to downtown West Palm and the beach. This was definitely one of our nicer hotel stays in the US and will absolutely recommend this place to our friends!

Too noisyPosted Dec 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was nice and well-kept, but there was a fire pit right outside of our window. Around 7 PM (right when I was getting my toddler to bed,) a large group of people crowded around the fire. They were very loud and stayed there until after 1 AM. My child and I were both woken several times. Not impressed. If you are booking here and need to get to bed early, I would recommend asking for a room away from the courtyard area. Personally, I will choose another hotel in the future.

A Lot Of Hotel For A Little Money!Posted Sep 23, 2014
We stayed here when we went to see Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers at the nearby Cruzan Amphitheater. Less expensive hotels in the area had some pretty bad reviews so I spent a little more and ended up here. It was awesome! Even nicer than the hotel we stayed in Key West our next two nights for half the price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice hotelPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Good stay. Hotel staff was outstanding. The hotel is right off the exit and near many places. The hotel itself is showing sings of aging. The carpet looks old. My room door didn't shut well. The locks where not aligned. You can just tell it needs some upgrading. I would stay again though.
