Too Outdated.Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Location. Quick walk to the beach.
The location of the hotel is great. Walk across a bridge and you are on the beach. The room decor was very, very old. The hotel staff provided very little information. Wait until the renovation is complete, and hopefully it will be better.

So disappointedPosted Mar 25, 2015
Cons: Smells Cleanliness Response to A/C problem by front desk staff
Location: Awesome spot on the beach. Easy walk to a few resturants
Great Location. You walk in the building and you smell mold. The air conditioner in the room was blowing warm air. The maintence person was very nice but said "you are right... we will replace it tomorrow" . The room wasn't as clean as other places I have stayed. The balcony is over looking the parking lot with all the air conditioners going and nothing to look at but cars, it was a waste.

Good have been betterPosted Mar 17, 2015 on Hotels
Noise level in room was uncomfortable from old air conditioner and outside fan. Pool was small and no recliners or even chairs or umbrellas. Vacationers should avoid a stay on St Patrick'sday!

Nice hotel, exceptional locationPosted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: Location, parking, walking distance to the marina, convenience to the beach, staff
Cons: Air conditioning noise and performance, completion of renovations of rooms / facility
Location: Directly on the beach with easy ocean access, in walking distance to restaurants, stores, within 1 hour driving to Miami.
We stayed a week in See Spray Inn because our Singer Island condo has been leased for a year, and we just could not do without the Island during our spring break, even as senior citizens. The hotel - directly on one of the best beaches of the east coast of south Florida, where the Gulf stream almost touches the shore - is under construction / renovation. There are only old window air-conditioning units (2) in the rooms, providing reasonable cooling, but excessive noise, as expected... The staff is friendly and eager to please. Parking is easy and cool in the underground garage on an island community (Palm Beach Shores), where parking otherwise is impossible. The rooftop restaurant is delightful with panoramic views, besides the excellent food choices and weekend brunch offerings. The price in the high season is steep, but in comparison, it is indeed in line with the attraction of the place. Assuming that the renovations will be completed soon and the weather is seducing for outdoor activities, we wholeheartedly recommend this very special hotel.

family vacation - checked out after one nightPosted Mar 12, 2015 on Hotels
What can I say? We left after one night because the room was very old, carpet was in bad shape. The worse part were the bugs in the bathroom. We didn't say anything to them about it we just checked out and found a hotel closer to where we were going to be spending most of our time. This hotel has a great location and price was very good. We just didn't feel comfortable. Maybe after all the rooms are renovated it will be better.

Do Not Stay HerePosted Mar 10, 2015
We reserved a room here in mid February 2015. The hotel is in a nice area and near a nice beach so we were surprised to see that it is in such bad shape. The entire front entrance is torn off the building and is under construction so we had to enter the building through the garage in the basement. Our experience was not enhanced by the elevator ride - old, smelly and we were thinking we might get stuck in it. We checked in and the man at the desk was nice, the only bright spot in the experience. We went to our room and basically turned around and left, even without another hotel option. Old, and not in a good way, and smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. Our money was refunded with no problem.
