“Dreamy”
WOW
“The Best Palm Beach Secret”
The Brazilian Court is a lovely old hotel in the heart of Palm Beach that is at once beautiful and understated. The staff members make every effort to help you enjoy your stay. The restaurant is superb. Great environment, wonderful service, incredible food, convenient location! What else can one say?
“A Great Palm Beach Hotel with Wonderful Service”
I cannot believe that this hotel has an overall rating of 3. It should definitely be a 5! It has a beautiful old Florida ambience about it with all the commiserate service to go along with it. Its within walking distance of Worth Avenue but set in its own lovely landscape. I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Great Hotel”
Great Hotel, clean and classy
“Great hotel!”
very nice rooms and property
“Travelers from California”
The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious with beautiful furniture. The only complaint that we had about the room was that the bed was terrible. There was only one mattress on the bed and it felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. When you pay what they are charging you a night, they should replace the mattresses because the one we had was worn out and we both woke up with sore backs instead of feeling rested. The grounds were beautiful and if you were not planning on doing anything but staying in Palm Beach, this hotel would be a good choice. If you do not have a car rental, you are isolated since the hotel is located in an upscale residental neighborhood. The only way to get to West Palm Beach (to find any affordable shopping or dining) you would have to use a taxi, which can get expensive. We tried Cafe Boulud at the hotel for breakfast and lunch and it was mediocre and expensive so we passed on trying it for dinner. The concierge services at the hotel left a lot to be desired. We have traveled a lot and stayed at both large and small hotels here and in Europe, and the concierge services basically were to give us a small map-there were no other brochures regarding local sights to see, musuems, etc. We later found out that the Chamber of Commerce is only few blocks away from the hotel and the lady there was very helpful.
“Food excellent!”
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent meals. The setting is lovely. The housekeeping service was somewhat irregular (room serviced but no towels replaced in the room). The room was a little small and dark.
“Gem of a small hotel in the heart of Palm Beach”
Everything about this hotel is first class....except the beach experience. It's not really their beach club: it's in another hotel about seven miles away that was quite crowded. We were charged $50 for beach chairs and an umbrella. The hotel initially intimated that this would be a private club for hotel guests only but this was simply incorrect. The other hotel has good food and is cute but does not have the same caliber of quietly elegant guests...no other way to put it. I'd go back to this hotel in a minute but might skip the beach. If you are going to Florida to go to the beach, I'd go somewhere else.
“A lovely spot in Palm Beach”
The hotel is beautiful and gracious. The staff is excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would love to go back. Be prepared for a very stiff bill, but it is worth it if you can afford it.
“A charm of Palm Beach”
It is a historic hotel that locates in midlle of quiet residencial area & walking distance to public beach & Worth Avenue. Ther is a beautiful facility with lots of public speces. The room rates are a little bit high, but my husband & I got 4 night stay for 3 night pay. The staff is very friendly. The first night, we didn't get turn down service. The maneger of house keeping came to apologize & took care of our breakfast in next morning. The beach club is a little faraway from the hotel & expensive for food & drink. Of course there is a shuttle service available for free of charge. The drivers give you celebrity house tour on the way.
