“best beach hotel”
fabulous
“Good Memory”
Everything is Perfect !!! Flagler's Steakhouse is one of the best place to go !!!
“overpriced”
food and drinks are overpriced and don't believe in a 20% mandatory tip
“Pricey, but WORTH IT.”
Definitely a splurge, but worth every penny for our anniversary getaway. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the food is to die for. Literally not a single negative thing to say. Will definitely return - soon, hopefully!
“Nice Family Friendly Hotel”
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Breakers and had an amazing time. The staff was very courteous, and the 5 pools were unbelievable. Some tips that I would give include: it's best to rent a car if you're staying here, things are close but are not within a short walk. Also, the hotel automatically includes a 20% gratuity on everything that you order so plan on that extra charge and sometimes not getting the best waitstaff service. This is also a very family oriented hotel and my boyfriend and I were not aware of this so that might be something to take into consideration for some vacationers. If you are traveling with a family there are tons of activities for the children to partake in so the parents can relax by one of the pools. Overall I would definitely go back!
“Vacation at the Breakers like Royalty”
5 star all the way, the grounds are meticulously maintained with a very accommodating and attentive staff. No need to leave the resort, looking forward to returning on future trips, bring plenty of $$$$$!
“Breakers 2011”
The hotel was amazing. The grounds and facility were flawless. The resort did a fantastic job of providing an environment for both adults and children. Although the food was fantastic the price of the food was high. Besides that, great experience and I would go again.
“Absolutely one of the most fabulous hotels we have stayed in.”
The Breakers was just lovely. The staff was outstanding. The restaurants were great, the food was wonderful. The Top of The Point restaurant where we spent our 43rd anniversary was beautiful and the view was fabulous, not to mention how great our meal was. We did have our breakfast each morning in the hotel and they had great choices, continental, buffet, etc. Five pools and all were great, I did like the fact that they did have a pool just for children and a quiet pool if you chose to go there, no cell phones allow. The beach was great. The hotel room was clean and the beds were so comfortable, plenty of closet space and draw space. Make sure to tour the Flagler Museum and go down to the Avenue. All and all it was a wonderful vacation at the Breakers.
“Not A Couples Friendly Resort”
My wife and I wanted to get away from a terrible Midwest winter / spring and spend as much time outdoors enjoying the weather as possible. There are 5 pools with only one being designated as a relaxation pool "minimal children". We had to get down to the pool at 8:30am to get a spot at the pool. Otherwise, all other pools and beach were full of children. This seemed to be the consent of most couples we talked to, including ones that spent extra money to rent a cabana. The weekend night activities out at the pools included a kids party on Friday and a Disney movie at the pool on Saturday. There were outside bars by the pools and all were closed. We spent all nights off the resort in Palm Beach and enjoyed plenty of dining and entertainment.
“Always return for the loverly setting and great service”
We have stayed here 20 times over the years - different seasons and breaks from school as the children grew up. Still remains the hands down favorite for a few days with the family. Who else says ,"Welcome back!" Quiet competent service especially pool and oceanside. Jess at the oceanside bar remember everyone and their favorite drinks. For those who love historical beautiful hotels and don't mind a little large, this is a fabulous spot.
