Deception in Advertising

Cons: The cushions on the patio smell like cat pee.... I suggest they be changed.
Location: Worth Avenue, and Chesterfield Hotel Lounge and Restaurant - a mainstay on the island.
If you love your pool in the middle of the parking lot, this is the place for you. Infiniti pool is what was advertised, which means it looks out over the water, correct? You actually have to cross the valet parking area to get to this pool, which has high cement walls around it. Additionally, the room was freezing when we arrived, and the floors are bare, the wood is all dark, and there are Plantation Shutters - so if you love hotels for that super dark, blacked out shaded feel, it was nearly accomplished when the sun wasn't blazing in. Not at all what I was hoping for.. kind of saw myself sitting in a pool, by the beach, not the Boulevard. Oh, and your personal server while poolside - that's because there's only one guy in the pool. As far as the beach service - I'm still not over my parched throat and I left 36 hours ago. Major thumbs down.

Hi Sheep, Thanks for your review. I am so sorry to hear about your experience and feel bad you left disappointed. In reference to the pool, the "infinity" term is in regards to the style of pool. As in it has no edge to it giving it a clean sleek appearance, versus what you would see in a residential setting. The shutters do slide from side to side, allowing full light to enter the room. I am sorry about your experience with our poolside service. I will certainly pass this feedback along to the team. Hopefully you'll give us another try. Nice hotel, on the beach, great pool

Pros: Location, staff, facilities
Location: Near worth ave and all the upmarket stores, Near great restuarants
Check in easy and efficient, Room very clean , comfortable bed Buffet breakfast on Saturday good value

The ambiance is very tranquil!!

Pros: I enjoyed the convenience of the beach,and the very tranquil environment! The shower was also great!
Cons: The rooms and halls are very dark. Even with several lights in my room, it still seemed so dim. The place could be a little brighter.
Location: I visited Worth Avenue, and the Palm Beach Outlets. Everything was within a fifteen minute drive.
I had a very relaxing, and enjoyable experience while staying at the Omphoy! I was by myself,and felt very safe the entire time! I loved being so close to the beach, and being able to order food/beverages when needed. My room had a garden view, but I could still see the beach from my balcony. The staff was wonderful! I didn't have any issues during my stay. I plan on enjoying a few spa treatments during my next visit! This is a great place for couples, or a girls getaway!

Hotel staff was great, car attendants were great, restaurant food was delicious, price was a little much for the room type, rooms were a little small and dark. I understand the hotel theme is a dark theme, but I did not really care for it being that dark. Also, the elevator needs serviced.

Oceanfront Room

Room was nice beautiful view. Bed was so uncomfortable could not sleep. No wifi, tv or phone but they were reconstructing the hotel they made no mention of when we booked. Maid woke us up at 0900 mind u check out was 12 noon... Said probably because no sign on door but we did not have one to put out. Had spa full package appts when we checked in that reservation was not booked correctly they said no massage booked. Oh so they got me booked for a massage and heard jack hammering the whole time

Very different hotel. Nice, Bali themed. A little dark, not enough lighting. Pool not on ocean front. Great location on beach. Affordable. Nice bathroom. Clean. Good experience, more fun than a chain hotel.

Cons: The tv in our room didn't have good reception. There was a lot of static so we turned on a music station and just listened.
The Omphoy was great. We are already making plans to return.
